Pros:easy and fast
Cons:Office closed, car unavailable when we arrived. Reservations tried to double our rate to pick up same car next morning. Finally got the airport location to honor our reservations but we still paid too much. Only one decent person there, the girl at the airport desk. Thank you to her!
Cons:I had to stop to get the tire checked.
Cons:We were told they were out of the car we requested and we had to spend more for a jeep. When we dropped off the car they did not give us ride back to our hotel, which they had told us they would give us a ride back to our accommodations. They were stinky!!
Cons:Had to wait almost an hour for pickup, even though I had a reservation made almost a year ahead

Cons:Car was beat to hell and missing a hub cap cover. Charged an extra 70 for some unknown reason
Pros:SUPER value, especially as compared with rates on St. John. Renting on St. Thomas and paying the $50 round trip on the ferry is DEFINITELY the way to go. I rented at the office in Charlotte Amalie, which is located outside of the airport, and the cost was a lot lower. Despite what the website said, they allowed me to return it to the airport for no extra cost. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Cons:St. John's roads are insanely steep and curvy. Transmission was not in great shape, and the car really strained, sometimes coming to near stops on steep inclines, even in low gear. Given my experience, I'd opt for a Jeep type next time.
Pros:I did like anything about this rental car
Cons:The car was torn up, body panels torn or missing, bottom of doors smashed . So we took pictures before leaving the rental car yard so we aren't liable. Also lady at the counter was very rude, don't think she likes her job very well. This was budget, I hope hertz is better. Virgin island rental cars are horrible!!
Pros:Returning the car was very easy, after we found the return lot. We did have to walk a quarter mile to the airport with our luggage, but we made it, eventually. There was no attendant in the parking lot. It would have been a nice touch if they had a golf cart and driver to give us a ride to the airport.
Cons:The car was dirty, dented all over and ran poorly. We had a hard time climbing hills. It had no power, especially for a Toyota. I had to clean the windows, just to see out them. They charged us more money because we were a day late. This was not our fault. TSA spent one half hour searching our luggage and found nothing, but we missed our flight. We paid more car rental for 6 days than for seven. That makes no sense.
Pros:Car was clean and the drop off service was fast and convenient.
Cons:Talk about taking advantage of a customer...over $700 for a one week rental of a jeep and they forced us to buy insurance at a crazy price even though we have a commercial trucking company that covers all rented and leased vehicles!! On top of that, we waited for over an hour to get the jeep!! Not happy with the experience.
