Although I brought credit card Asurance/Insurance and Allstate documents proof of coverage, Budget inSt Thomas Airport insisted I needed something else. I prepaid for a Kia Forte or like vehicle and ended up with a Nisan Versa, a smaller vehicle. The gas tank was not full after being told to bring it back full, car was not washed and had body damage. Returning car was easy and fast.Reviewed Jun 5 2026

We had to wait two hours for our rental car, and charged an extra $125 for insurance that my credit card company already covered. Not the best experience. The car was clean and comfortable. I had booked the car a couple months in advance to hopefully avoid any of this but it is what it is.Reviewed May 8 2026

Everyone was friendly. But the car was super dirty on the outside and there is a mandatory purchase of insurance on St. Thomas I was unaware of. The car itself was great.Reviewed May 3 2026

I purchased the additional insurance through your web site only to find out it wasn't very good in the USVI. I had to purchase an addition policy through Budget before they would give me the car. Overall kind of disappointing with your insurance option.Reviewed Apr 25 2026

Worst experience renting a car. Counter staff was rude, 2 hrs to get a car, and little to no information shared.Reviewed Apr 15 2026

I purchased third party insurance through kyack and they made me buy insurance there for $100 they claimed the insurance I purchased is not adequate enough to get the rental. Then I noticed a family of bugs in the car from the giant spider under the passenger seat to the roach like creatures that crawl all over inside at night. Other than that the truck was solid.Reviewed Apr 15 2026

Reservation was not honored. Your partner company Qeeq charged my card and didn’t provide any service. Budget claimed the reserves was not in their system. I had to pay them directly for the rental. Qeeq has yet to refund me. Based on my experience I would not recommend using your site.Reviewed Apr 1 2026
