Terrible. Waited 2 1/2 hours in line to see agent, then another 20 minutes to get rental car.

There were no cars available. Took over an hour in line to get to the counter. The reps were rude. There were no vehicles available. Took overall over 2 hours for everyone to get a car.

I WASNT ABLE TO RENT WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD AND I DIDNT KNOW THIS! I still am waiting for my refund for a $50 charge through some rental insurance company….i hope I get that money back soon!

I got to Regina, Saskatchewan having reserved a Ford F-150 truck for a week and Budget did NOT have an available truck for me. I was able to get a truck from Hertz at the Regina airport. I will NOT trust KAYAK in future when renting. Thank you.
