Not overcharged us. Counter person messed up and charged us twice.

Took thier mystery vehicle and ended up with a pickup. The vehicle i have no complaints on, the daily rate was excellent, the insurance for some reason when I booked did not take so I could not take advantage of the kayak rate. When booking make sure that stays clicked or they will kill you at budget with their daily rate. Ended up for 3 days insurance costing more than I pay my Insurance company for a month.

We were over charged and are in the process of fixing the problem. Person at counter overcharged us and now it's up to us to resolve the situation. Should be the other way around.
