Pros:There were no cars to be picked up
Pros:Very rude. I reserved online and they had no cars. I mean none. And the woman acted like I was at fault for booking on line.
Cons:Everything, starting with actually having a car for me.
Pros:Drop off was easy
Cons:Car smelled like smoke, Was not cleaned from prior rental. When I called customer service they were a bit rude.
Pros:Great value and ease of pick up and drop off in the Lexington airport.
Cons:They miss charged our card by quite a bit. They did fix it In a timely manner, within 3 business days. It was slightly stressful until they fixed it but am thankful that they were on top of it.

Cons:i made sure to rent a car from a company away from the airport. when i went to pickup my car from the downtown location they told me that my reservation was at the airport. they were not helpful. my email confirmation clearly stated that the pickup and drop off location was at the downtown location. i ended up driving my truck to the airport, parking in long term parking, picking up my car, and making multiple trips back and forth from my truck to the rental car (about a quarter mile each way) to load the car. costumer service at budget was not helpful! i wasn't happy about any of this, i wasn't expecting to pay for long term parking. yuck.
Cons:Car smelled like cigarettes with a burn hole in the passenger seat. Otherwise it was good.
Cons:Didn't have any live people to receive you when you get into the lot. You had to figure out that you were to go inside to check out. Signage wasn't very good and not very intuitive.
Pros:The staff at pickup was fine
Cons:They did not have the class of car we reserved and only had a mini van or pick up truck. Neither were options I wanted but had no choice.
