Bit of a wait at the counter and a bit of a shocker at the $750 deposit butvotherwise would have been an excellent rating.

Pickup experience terrible. Waited almost an hour in line. Took 15 minutes or more per customer. Get better software! It should take 2-3 min per customer. Car was parked in wrong spot. When leaving lot, attendant was quite rude about it, excusing us of taking the wrong car when it was Budget's screw up.

It was awful! Got in late and person behind the counter charged me for things I said I didn't need (like gas). Went from $200 to $700 rental and put a $7000 hold on my credit card. He said it was all clear in the reservation but it was not. I changed my mind and did not rent a car. Beware of up charges before you get there!!

Waited 2.5 hours in queue with every single customer before and after us arguing with them about how much they had paid and needed to pay more. I paid for full insurance before but they refused to accept that and I had to pay an extra 225 euros. Worst car hire ever!

Budget Rent a Car on Clinton Highway does the bait and switch. They advertised a Tesla 3 for $61 a day and then when I got there they said there's your car a fully electric Genesis. They never had a Tesla in the first place. Liars and deceitful, shady business people. I'm sure they hope that people are desperate enough that they will just take that car, but that is not what I ordered and I called twice on different days to make sure they had the Tesla for me and I was assured they did. Liars
