Pros:The agents at the Budapest airport pick-up location were very friendly.
Cons:The van I reserved was not available and I had to settle for a smaller SUV. The initial reservation I submitted for an SUV was roughly 550 Euro, after changing my reservation to a Van the quote changed to roughly 750 Euro. What I received was a Jeep Renegade that I ended up paying over 920 Euro! Also, when I returned the vehicle to the Belgrade airport it took me over an hour because that station was not expecting a one way rental from Budapest even though it was booked that way. I almost my flight because it took such a long time to return the vehicle. They would also not give me a receipt for my booking.
Cons:When I book a car I should get it and not be canceled without any notification
Pros:Friendly and flexible staff and I loved the car.

Cons:No one would answer the phone at the rental office. Also, the staff were no help at all on driving directions to our destination. They actually sent us in the wrong direction and wasted an hour of our time.
Pros:The staff were not friendly enough on delivery of the vehicle at the end of our stay.
The pick up was ok. The car had a problem besides it was filthy. The biggest problem the car would not start when I stopped and tried to restart it. Hence they refused to fill with petrol and then budget charged my card $185 to fill the car. A Toyota Yaris Rip off watch out
