Pros:very sarcastic, at Cleveland Hopkins intl airport at budget, unhelpfull. recommend custom service rep fired immediately.
Cons:an opportunity to work situation out, missed out on rental car to detroit, missed flight to Phoenix, missed opportunity for a Christmas and a vacation for this year

Cons:The manager refused to rent the vehicle...due to the fact that my fiance had the paper that the ohio BMV provides instead of the hard copy license. We tried to explain this and even pulled up the bmv website to show that he was valid, but the manager still refused. I will never attempt to rent a vehicle from here again.
Good service & value. Exit was very confusing: green lit “customer” exit was not accessible. Red lit gates were the real exit, unclear at night.
Pros:I liked how the lady out the counter was happy to give us the "Other" option in the reservation stating "Ford Focus or Other." We got a Kia 4 door and it was really good, made the journey no problem.
Cons:The guy was kinda rude to my partner when we dropped off the car at Louisville airport's budget lot.

Cons:Car was not clean ... water bottle was on the floor in the back and there was change ($) on both the front and backseat ... The clerk at the counter was very "pushy" ... trying to sell me insurance and the fuel program ... told me I had to purchase gas within a 10 mile radius of the drop off and bring proof of purchase ... which was not requester upon my return.
Pros:Booked a Mazda CR5 for the 2 days on a business in Cleveland. It was incredibly expensive. I know it's a supply and demand thing but I was shocked at the price.

Pros:Nothing. Wasn’t even able to pick it up.
Cons:When you make a reservation, they could let you know you won’t be able to pick it up without a major credit card in your name, instead of waiting to tell you until you get there. And then, when you try and cancel the reservation, since you can’t pick it up anyways, they tell you they aren’t able to.
Cons:You guys supposedly charge a fee and when the vehicle is returned they charge double very unhappy will never rent a vehicle thur you guys again.....
Cons:Drop-off closed on return. Driving less than 50 miles results in automatic charge for fuel despite filling up! No charge to credit card so don't know if agency properly billed me. (Usually they do not.) Great rate, but horrible quality and service.
