The wait to pick up was too long. They didn't have enough staff for the volume of people that was there. It took over an hour to get through. That was the longest wait of the day including checking bags and tsa.

Rented a car went to the place to go get it and they said they did not have any vehicle vehicles available yet. I’ve rented it paid the taxi to drive down there. And ended up having to pay for a taxi even more to go from that budget back to my place and was Vehicle list. Very inconvenient. Do not trust if they have something available.

Easy pickup and dropoff. Vehicle drove nice. Vehicle was not cleaned prior to our pickup, so that was disappointing. There was broken glass behind the driver's seat; It looked like a window was probably broken and clean up was not at all thorough. Price was good and we were able to book last minute. Overall it was great. This is the second vehicle we have rented from Budget from Waterloo Airport that has not been cleaned prior to our renting.

Pickup and drop off were good, car was pretty clean on the inside, had one low tire that I had to air up the next day. Fortunately it held pressure for the week.

Waited in the terminal for almost two hours while they fumbled with my registration and told me I would have to call the people I made a reservation with because they couldn’t just help me. It finally worked but get this the lost damage waiver doesn’t cover a popped tire so all around not a very worthwhile experience will not be using Budget ever again

Left behind a pair of glasses in the car. Went the next day to try to retrieve them. Manager refused to let staff check if glasses had been left behind and insisted that we submit an online claim. Online system to submit claim malfunctioned many times before being able to submit the claim. Also, when we called customer service, we were asked to go directly to the rental counter at the airport.
