Cons:While I understand we are in Mexico, and I can't speak Spanish, the communication was nonnexustant. Maybe written instructions in English could help them for when renters don't speak Spanish.

Pros:The only thing I liked, was i was running g late and they took me to the airport right away.
Cons:They can refund me the deposite right away not keep it for ransom it's been a mouth already and nothing is happening need to make a claim.

Cons:We got an unauthorized USD $120 extra charge. Location opened 50 mins late, representative was impolite and extremely slow, an hour to sort our reservation.

Pros:Nothing.
Cons:I arrived 45 minutes after my scheduled reservation time and they "had given up the reservation" - seemed like a bait and switch to me as they did have a car which was twice as expensive. I declined to take it. Also Kayak - shame on you for not using the "all-in" price of the car. The actual cost was considerably higher given a liability requirement for the state of Jalisco. I would imagine you're advanced enough to account for these kinds of costs in your quotes. I understand incentive is to keep prices looking low, but come on.

Cons:I didn't like this place because when I arrived to pick my car, they told me the they didn't have no cars at all. And I had a reservation already.

Cons:Renting a car in Mexico is horrible they don’t tell you until you get there that you have to purchase their insurance that cost about $15-$2500 .
