They claimed to not have the car we requested and gave us a more expensive car. I felt like they took advantage of the situation and over charged us for a minivan rental. Never again

Cons:Understanding what cost was, with insurance. No wiper fluid and overall cancelled reservation to get same price having full insurance. Seems like scam so not satisfied. Year before used Alamo and costs were more transparent

Pros:Honestly nothing. We ended up cancelling the reservation and creating a new one to accommodate a different driver. Unit was old, seatbelts did not work, they took more than one hour to give us the car and at the drop off they tried to charge us for previous car damage. They checked previous rental pictures and confirmed it was already claimed for with the previous customer

Cons:They need to have the cars that they offer you. I got to Guadalajara and The guy gave me Another price that was not the one that they offer me first. They need to explain better what else are they going to charge you and an estimate of how much are they going to charge you

Cons:I had made a reservation for a vehicle with plenty of time in advance and when I show up to pick up the car, they said they no longer had the car available. They couldn’t respect the reservation price or anything.

Pros:Do not rent here!! They lied to us about the car rental. Want more money (3x more). They blame all the to Kayak website do not have their inventory and intend of a full size car they want to have me a mini compact manual car from early 2000’s with a lot of damaged
Cons:No not offer this company anymore I contact Hotwire and cancel this reservation. They told me that they try to scam us. I prefer to rent my own vehicle with budget
