Cons:The young gentleman handling the paperwork when cars exit the lot was not friendly.
Pros:Everything was great from start to finish thank you!
Cons:They overbooked while being understaffed. Had to wait 3 full hours in the beating sun to finally get the car. Was a nightmarish experience...
Pros:The drop off guy was very nice and efficient.
Cons:Exterior of car wasn’t cleaned, treads on tires were almost completely bald and there are snow and ice on the roads here
