We waited for over an hour and a half in line and still hadn't even made it to the counter. People who did make it, had to wait almost an hour for their car to be be available. We ended up taking an Uber to our event. Otherwise we would have missed it. Definitely do not recommend that office.Reviewed May 22 2026

They did not have a car for me when I got to the airport. My flight was changed to a 10 pm arrival instead of 1200. I called Budget at midway and was assured I’d have a car. None was arrived when I arrived and their was no reassurance I would get one .Reviewed May 22 2026

Airport shuttle, pick-up and drop-off were seamless. The vehicle was somewhat dinged up on the front passenger side, which is understandable. The only problem we had wa the vehicle experience an electrical malfunction and after the second day we were unable to use the back two doors and rear seat area. We probably should have called and swapped vehicles but chose not to do so. Otherwise the Toyota Corolla hybrid was an all around good vehicle.Reviewed May 21 2026
