The line at the pickup counter was very very long. There were plenty of agents at the counter but it still took almost an hour to get checked in. The agents were also very nice and helpful, but the whole process just took so long. On that point alone, I'll look for a different rental company in the future.Reviewed Mar 22 2026

Car was dirty and missing a hubcap, they offered us the upgrade but the car wasn’t even any better. Then there were a bunch of extra charges on top of the original cost ($150 worth). The line took a very very long time to check in.Reviewed Mar 22 2026

I was supposed to pickup a luxury big suv but they didn’t have any at the time we arrived. There were seven of us plus luggage. We ended up getting a huge Ford transit van which, ultimately the kids loved for the space, but I hated driving it. Budget helped us out as much as they could, so I guess I can’t complain that much.Reviewed Mar 22 2026

We got in at midnight and had confirmation on our reservation. We got to the rental desk and they didn’t have any cars for us or several other travelers. We waited for a couple of hours bc they said they were working on getting cars. After a couple of hours none of us had a car. The workers were not very good at being able to give us an answer as to when we could possibly get a car. They said “you could try to come in the morning”. I asked it they could give me a direct number and they said, “well there’s a number but nobody answers it”. I had a reservation, and no car NO ONE at the Budget place was able to help me! Or even seemed to care. I was not going to come back in the morning and “hope” to get a car. I had to get an uber at 3:30 in the morning! Not fun as a woman in San Francisco by herself. The Uber pick up lot was supposed to be closed, and I was all alone there. I HAVEN’T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK YET. I had to get a car rental from another place next day. I had to pay lots of money to get Uber around and couldn’t even get a car from the airport. This is a terrible terrible experience where I paid money and I still got nothing except for a headache and a scary Night at the airport.Reviewed Mar 20 2026

So my flights into GR got cancelled and Qeeq (the company I made my reservation with) did an excellent job helping me get refunded even though I was not within my 24 hour prior cancellation time. They communicated very well on everything and I would use them and Budget again.Reviewed Mar 20 2026
