I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my rental was handled by Budget. The rental price shown to me was $336 USD, yet I was charged €666 for the rental alone, which is completely unacceptable and almost double the amount I was originally quoted. On top of that, I was also charged an additional €300 as a deposit/pre-authorization. I paid far more than the agreed rental price, and this entire experience has been extremely misleading and unacceptable. This is honestly shameful and reflects very poorly on both Budget and your website. I expect a clear explanation for why I was charged €666 instead of the agreed $336, along with an immediate review and refund of any unjustified charges. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. I will not accept being overcharged without a proper explanation.Reviewed Aug 21 2026
