Staff was uninformed, unhelpful, and rude. They couldn’t answer basic questions about the EV rental—such as what type of charging port the car uses, how much charge it would have at pickup, or how much was required upon return. I didn't realize it was a pickup area out of the airport, although there was a budget in the airport when we got to the place after a $30 taxi ride we found out that our booking had been canceled at 3:30.
