Pros:Easy perfect friendly
Pros:Considering the conditions of COVID, the young lady was very helpful and checked me in quickly and when I returned the car the same girl waited on me again and made my car return and easy transition
Cons:The location in the mall is horrible, bad parking and hard to find. I drove around the mall twice before I was able to find the location of Budget. Also when I got in the car, it was clean, however the car had a strong marijuana odor. I did report this to the clerk at the counter, she made note of it. But because of the timing and the lack of cars available I went ahead and took the car anyhow. But it was unpleasant to drive a car with that odor when you are a non user and a non smoker.
Pros:The car was new so that was nice.
Cons:Pickup and drop off in a shopping mall was not ideal. And the car had clearly not been cleaned before we received it.
Pros:Customer service was really friendly
Cons:I had a reservation for pickup at 8am (I planned on getting there at 8:30am). I got a call at 8:04 saying they wouldn't have a car till 11:00am, but I could call other Budget locations around Raleigh and have my reservation moved. I asked them to do this calling, which they made clear they wouldn't do. I called around and couldn't find anything. I called back to ensure they would have a car at 11am. They didn't. I cancelled the reservation.
Pros:Substitute car was good, though more expensive than was supposed to be.
Cons:Car that was rented was not available even with advanced notice, staff was extremely unprofessional and actually rude, long wait, just a very poor experience,Ii apologize in advance for being so blunt but if this is typical business practice i would say this company is spiraling toward closure which is a shame for all those who would be affected. I pray that a positive change would happen within this company, thank you for the chance to express my concern.

Cons:One person staff. Had to wait a little while handling a new reservation.
Pros:The car performed well, was problem free, and was comfortable. We did not get the vehicle requested, but the substitute vehicle was totally acceptable.
Cons:We did not get the vehicle requested. In fact, we got nothing resembling it. The vehicle was dirty, inside and out. The attendant at the Budget desk was less than attentive or helpful.
Cons:No instructions on uses of auto.....bells and whistles.
