Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful and the process was simple
Cons: More locations with slightly later drop off hours
Pros: The car got me from point A to point B comfortably.
Cons: The car didn't have rims and was dirty when I picked it up. No attendant at pickup location, waited for 30 minutes before the attendant arrived. Attendant at drop off had me stand outside in the rain while he remarked about the condition of the car.
Cons: The check in process was awful and took 45 minutes. The mans clmpjter was down so he spent 15 mins trying to reboot, then had to do everything manually. Then the only behicle he has was a pickup truck when I needed an economy vehicle. The truck was dented and had stains/crumbs all over the inside.
Pros: Although the location was hard to find, the pick up process was painless, it was like a scavenger hunt.
Cons: That the location was hard to b yind
Pros: Anne was amazing! She was able to help me get a vehicle when I had no reservation.
Cons: The price paid for a pickup truck was excessive.
No customer service
Cons: We did not end up renting a car.
Pros: Rapid and effective counter person. Free upgrade appreciated. Dirty car not appreciated.
Cons: Condition of car. Dirtiest rental ever. Unwashed. Unvacuumed. Interior had spills not cleaned.
Pros: I liked the size of the car.
Cons: The seat cushions were dirty/stained. The car wasn't washed when I picked it up.
Pros: We loved the Charger. Quick, speedy, fun to drive and nice to ride in. Staff was friendly in person, not quite as accommodating on their national line to call in when we were having trouble. Rental and drop off were pretty simple.
Cons: The charger wasn't cleaned very well when we got it and after a day of driving, the 'check engine' light came on. I called to see what we could do and we were going to have to trade it for something else. Before we could trade it in, it didn't want to start a couple of times so we knew we had to. Not what you want on a trip! We went to trade it at an airport lot (thinking they'd have a better selection) and they didn't have any other cars in that category so we traded to a different one. That check engine light came on once we started the vehicle so I had to go back again and was assured that it was just because it had just had an oil change. Hmmm. Still no car like we wanted to rent, but we had no choice. This second car was a 2017 4runner. You'd think it would be a nice car, but was VERY basic. Not even a FOB to lock the doors or alarm the car. I know, first world problems and all, but I assumed that an SUV rental would have at the very least this. Definitely a step down from the initial car we had rented. Forgot to fill the cars up with gas when we returned them so we really got screwed there! Overall experience=Disappointed for sure. Probably will use another rental company next time.
Pros: The desk attendant was extremely nice and helpful. He was very polite and made the process as easy as possible.
Cons: This wasn't budget's fault necessarily but the location in downtown Raleigh, NC is located inside of a hotel (which is fine), and there were not clear indicators on the outside of the building that the rental car desks were located inside.
Pros: No small cars available so I was upgraded to a small SUV at no cost to me. It was great
Pros: Pick up and drop off was easy. Bus driver was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Car had large stains on seats, worn out carpeting and smelled like someone had been smoking inside. Also many scrapes in paint below the trunk. Budget is usually great, but this car should never have been in the rental fleet.
