Cons:Made a reservation. Choose this location since I had rented from them before. When I got there I was told I didn't qualify

Cons:I reserved a car for 2 days from the date reserved and had a confirmation number. Was called by them a half hour before pickup time to tell me they had no cars to rent and none at other locations nearby. Told me to call 1-800 number to see if they could help me locate a car. Was difficult to understand agent because of the the Indian accent at the 1-800 number. I tried twice to get different agent. Prefer USA reps, please. They ended up telling me there were cars an hour away. Said forget it and cancelled reservation. Will not be doing business with them again. Thankfully Enterprise car rental was able to help on such short notice and on a Sunday.

Cons:Car was dirty Reservation was changed by Budget without my knowledge, showed up to pick up my car and it was at a different location. Front desk handled it well, but with a delay.
Pros:Quick service and ease of pickup and dropoff. Good rate for a one way weekend rental.
Cons:Had very little or no windshield fluid which makes me wonder if other fluids were checked. Also, not cleaned in back seat...no vacuum job back there.
Cons:Very unprofessional treatment. Booked a van 7 6 months in advance. Verified online week of trip. Tried to verify with pick up location but they do not answer phone... claimed a phone problem. Received phone call 18 hours before pickup saying they had no vans avail and were giving me a Ford Explorer. This was too small for 6 adults. Was given no discount and no larger options. Had to make do. Day of pickup, car was dirty, smelled of smoke and marred by someone’s previous application of decals. Made do anyway. On drop off, was charged an additional incorrect $60 hourly fee until I protested. Hand written signs at location threatend increased cleaning fees and that renters needed to vacuum their own car before returning. Very unprofessional overall. Will avoid this Budget/Avis location when possible in future.
Horrible service. Canceled my reservation minutes before I was to arrive, and referred me to a location which had an extremely hostile agent who also claimed to have no vehicles
Pros:The ease of drop-off and pick-up in Cinci was great with an online booking. The agent there helped advise me on the right size car with good fuel efficiency for my long road trip. The car was just what I needed except for the overpowering fragrance from cleaning? Previous renter?
Cons:The AC broke an hour and a half into the trip. The St Louis airport was the only location that had a replacement on a Sunday. This location was understaffed, had long lines, lacked clarity among employees about protocol for exchanging cars. Our experience there put us back 3 hrs on our drive.
