Cons:Difficult to talk with anyone when plans changed and needed to extend return time. Automated system couldn’t do it but calls to destination and origination offices were forwarded to automated system. Finally called a small town office and got a human.
Pros:Friendly staff, ease of pickup/ drop off, loved that the Jetta was an option to drive
Cons:Car was damaged on pick up Maintenace light was on Tire pressure was low

Cons:Their rental desk in Seattle was closing at 1 AM, but I was not made aware of this during my rental, so I almost missed the opportunity to pick up my key. Once I had my car, I was unable to leave the parking lot since the barricade/gate was across and the power was somehow turned off to that portion of the exit. I sat in my car for nearly an hour while the staff and security worked to find a key or way to manually remove the barricade or find another way out of the rental car area. Eventually power came on and they were able to release me and my rental car at about 2 AM.
Pros:This was my first time renting a car on my own. Overall, it was an easy experience. Customer service was friendly and helpful. The car was clean. I had no issues driving both in town and several hours on the freeway.
Pros:Pickup was easy, the SEATAC airport staff were friendly and courteous. Realized after I turned in the car that one of the trip meters was actually the odometer ... I was the first driver; car started with 9 miles.
Pros:Roomy, comfortable, great gas mileage. Staff was friendly. Easy pickup and returns.
Cons:Did not have enough power while accelerating especially when driving up a mountain. The company itself was wonderful. Will do business with again.
It was good overall from the moment I picked up the car and the moment I returned it. The only thing that really didn’t work well for me was the amount of fees added to my rental which almost doubled the amount. So much taxes and fees which making me change my mind on renting from the airport and probably pick it up elsewhere.
