Cons:Receipt did not match that given when car picked up. They had to spend time adjusting it.

Cons:I booked a rental car from Hertz to pick up upon my arrival at SeaTac. I followed the signs and got on the shuttle to the SeaTac Rental Car Facility. At the Hertz counter they had no record of my reservation. After looking at my documents they said that I had to pick up my car from a "Hertz Car Sales" lot three miles away. The only way I could get there was to pay $25 for a cab. Because the Hertz Car Sales lot was open only Monday thru Friday and I was returning my car on Saturday I was instructed to drop it off at the Seattle Airport Marriot. There was one and only one small sign "Hertz" with an arrow pointing to the hotel parking lot. I drove around and around looking for another sign indicating where to go to no avail and eventually parked and went inside. After going around the perimeter of the central swimming pool twice I was able to find the lobby, where I asked about the Hertz drop-off. No one at the desk had any idea where it was. I repeat: NO ONE AT THE DESK HAD ANY IDEA WHERE IT WAS. Fortunately there was a nice woman with a lovely Eastern European accent who came to my aid. She did not know the location of the Hertz office and took me outside to the check-in station at the front entrance. The guy there told us that the Hertz office was inside. After another circuit of the perimeter of the swimming pool we saw a SMALL, barely noticeable sign pointing to the Hertz "office", a small, easily missed counter tucked away in a corner. It was obviously closed, but there was a drop-box where I could finally deposit my key. Altogether a thoroughly frustrating and confusing experience with a company completely incompetent at communicating necessary details to a customer.
Pros:Car was fine and all we needed for our weekend trip.
Cons:I booked the car through Kayak and there was some kind of glitch on Kayak's end that messed up the pick up and drop off location. It changed my reservation to a hertz location that no longer existed. I went to pick up my car at the Seattle airport hertz when I learned about this problem. They said this had happened to multiple people already that day. The customer service I received while trying to resolve this issue was horrendous. An hour later, after I started crying from frustration, the manager finally helped me get a car for a reasonable price. They really should have managed this better.
Cons:Long line at the airport to pick up the car. Not enough clerks .
Cons:Clean windows!
Cons:They charged me an extra $20 than what my reservation showed and never sent me a receipt or contract so I don’t even know how much the total ended up being after I turned in the car. I tried to get a hold of the rental company before turning in my car to ask about drop off and no one answered at any location or the 1800 customer service number.
Pros:The car. The female attendant.
Cons:The male attendant who tried to blame a dent in the car on me before checking the photos they took.
Pros:Great ride, excellent condition, free upgrade upon arrival.
Cons:Pick-up was in North Seattle, not at the airport, which was a surprise and cost me a $75 cab ride to pick up. Very disappointed with that.
Cons:Long wait at the counter, then frustration because I didn't have my priceline confirmation number, then even more frustration upon hearing it was the wrong location. Agent wasn't as helpful as she coujld have been. Will avoid Hertz.
Pros:NO choice. Had to take the car they offered. Existing body damage. Significant rattle in the trunk. While the car functioned okay, I felt like I was renting from Rent A Wreck."
