It was close to everything. It was recently updated. Seemed to have fresh paint and new carpet. It was old. The elevated train runs right down the middle of the road in front all night. It was very noisy in the alley. No breakfast. The guy working when we checked in was not very friendly. The TV was a 17-19" flat screen mounted on the wall, very hard to watch.
Great location, very clean rooms, and we'll maintained for an older building. Very quaint and good for travelers going sight seeing. Older building with small rooms which are still comfortable. Could use larger televisions and maybe more in suite ammenaties such as coffee.
Location Elevator broken No hot water Broken shower head Tiny 20" TV Noisy all night
This hotel is in a great location (walking distance to Pike Place Market, Space Needle, and the mall). Very cheap rates compared to nearby hotels, and free parking. It is perfect for travelers on a budget. The room was clean, and the mattress was comfortable enough. Keep your expectations low. There were very few amenities. There was AC and a tiny 17-inch TV. In the standard room with one queen bed, there was no refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, or hair dryer. Facilities were a bit old. Water was not hot, but warm enough for me. Also, the monorail runs along the same street as the hotel, so it may be loud for light sleepers. Except for the lack of hair dryer, these didn't bother me. As a traveler, I only used the room to sleep. My priorities were location and price, so I was very happy with my stay.
Location No microwave or coffee maker....the TV was smaller then my tablet.
The shower was hot. The door opened and closed and locked. I was sheltered from the rain Mattress should have been in a dumpster long ago.
Convenient location, competent staff, perfectly adequate room for sleeping, which is mostly what we did there. Plenty of good food choices within an easy walking distance. The room is very funky, maybe it was a suite converted to a 2 bedroom, maybe it was two rooms with a shared bathroom....? It was fine, but weird, and not the ideal layout for our family. The cost is pretty high for the quality of room, but I gather that's just the nature of real estate in that area, and it was more affordable than the fancy-pants places nearby which was nice.
The room was the tiniest I've ever seen. The wall-mounted TV was so small I couldn't read the the channel numbers from the bed. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Loved the lobby, loved the roof top garden Tv didn't work, bed rolled all over the place, no decor. Ultimately too basic for the nightly rate. It felt like it should have been an "hourly rate" motel.
It was a room with outlets for phone chargers and a bathroom with a toilet that flushed Owners/workers were nice however The street noise but when your downtown next to the tram what can you expect
Nice clean rooms, close to the U district for visiting and dorm move-in. easy to check in. ample free parking. not having choice for tea if one does not drink coffee in the morning.
PLENTY of space. Excellent wifi. I was extremely comfortable.
Big room and can stay many people, facilities are very good.
It is a good location for Light Rail. Nothuing
courtesy of staff; welcoming of guide dog; room easily navigatable/clean. Yes, the coffee was NOT GOOD.
Sheets weren't very clean. Lots of specks of dirt. Don't think they were cleaned after the last guest. Towels had lots of dark hair stuck in it.
Convenient and very friendly staff, a bit overwhelmed by demand on a weekend. It's a Motel 6 - clean enough to stay in comfortably, quiet enough to work for a night's rest.
Cheap price No parking spots. They told me to double park but when morning came the tow truck tried to get me. Non smoking rooms smell like smoke. Thin walls and people leaving in and out of rooms like a fast food service. No microwave in room, hair in bed. ice machine and soda vending machine out of order. Heavy set lady behind counter in the morning is extremely rude .
I liked that it was cheap. The bed was uncomfortable, the parking was always full, and the wifi is awful. I would not come back.
Shuttle pickup to the cruise terminal was very convenient Small parking lot. Free breakfast was very limited.
The young receptionist was not very helpful, and very rude.
Nothing They sold my reservation , terrible attitude from the front desk his name is Abel . First the guy didn't even wanted to open the door it was locked y told him I had a reservation and he said it was to late it was 1:30 am I was flying from Chicago I told him it doesn't matter I have a reservation and I all ready paid for the room he still gave me a attitude and told me your late I'm out of rooms I didn't belived him I told him again that my room was all ready paid and it was very late and a very long fly . I ended get in a terrible room smoking room . We careful don't stay in that hotel
Affordable, clean and spacious room with easy access to Airport. Advertises continental breakfast but wouldn't say it is continental as it was only packaged muffins/pastries, orange juice and coffee.
Close to our Dr office Staff was rude. The room smelled TERRIBLE cigarette busts everywhere weird noticed from bathroom and accessories ALL MIGHT blankets were thinking and old.
We had an early morning flight to catch and we had drove down late in the night. This place was less than 3 miles to airport. They have shuttle every half hour, but we took Ubr. Smelled of weed even in non-smoking room.
The speedy check in and out The cleanliness was horrible, random hairs everywhere & carpet was dirty.
I liked the cleanliness of the room, the shuttle service, the staff, and the proximity to the the Link. (The Link is the train to downtown Seattle) Check out some of the nearby restaurants especially Palmas The IHOP is great too. Best service n full American meal in Seattle Yep! Check it out ? No complaints
Bed, bathroom, room in general was clean, no problems We asked for a non-smoking room, but were still placed in a smoking room/room that had smokers at some point. It's hard to get the smell out, but we could tell the room was cleaned to cover some of the smell up. We hope future guests here will be able to get a smoking/non-smoking room as requested. If no non-smoking rooms left, it should be told to the customers.
I wanted to cancel my reservation with 12 hrs notice but they wouldn't let me.
The price is reasonable for $68 in the Seattle The facilities are very old. The room looks like it was built 2 centuries ago. The bed looks old and not clean. A bit scaries when slept on it. I booked the room via third party website with breakfast included but when I got in the staff told me it was not included anymore
It's very close to the airport. thin walls; a bit grungy
The only good thing was Free Shutter to airport. old van seat were dirty with holes. Shutter driver was polite and helpful. Everything, Old TV , Coffee Maker leak water, dirty bathroom. high price lousy room.
When I booked the hotel, I accidentally selected a day earlier. ... Then I sent out a email asking them to change it to the next day. When I went for check in they could not find my reservation, they said we'll take care of it. ..but when I looked at my bank statement I saw that they charged me for 2 days, double the amount.
close to the airport all they had was a crappy tube television!?
Facilities were good for what I needed for a short time stay it was a 10 in everything that was.needed for this! Breakfast! but for the price it was it was good!
The price is right; the safety and cleanliness is there (which is all one really needs) This is one moldy/cigarette-smelling room!
The hotel rooms were not clean enough for my standards. In fact, it appeared that there was an accumulation of pet hair in one of the corners. Also, the first room that we were put in did not have working electricity. Lastly, the continental breakfast consisted of one cold cereal, half sliced bananas, and packaged pastries. The whole experience was a disaster. I would expect more out of a hotel that was $140 dollars a night.
price lowest in area pretty run down
The room itself was clean and okay for what we wanted to pay. There were no amenties in the room (hair dryer, shampoo, etc.) The air conditioning unit worked, but was very loud so you couldn't have it on to sleep because it would wake you evey time it came on. The security door was proped open all night.
Shuttle and driver to the airport was great. Evening staff at front desk was good Morning staff at front desk was rude when I called
Clean room Neighbor next door had a dog in room dog wouldn't stop barking hallways smelled funny smelled like smoke. Hotel looked ghetto. People screaming and talking loudly. Beds were not that comfortable cheap beds floor looked kinda dirty. Overall GHETTO.
100 bucks a night in seatac area is reasonable if you're adventurous. $4 for non functioning wifi The walls are paper thin. You will hear all of the locals on a bender and how they interact with each other while using their room as a party spot Countless cigarette burns in blankets Multiple families with young children were waiting in the parking lot in the rain for hours.
had smoking rooms available and close to the airport
nice guy at front desk rooms more like sterile rehab facility than motel, no art very uncomfortable most depressing ive ever seen... stains on bedding, two tiny pillows, laminate floor buckling... cleaning fluid stench so thick unable to breathe... tried 3 dif rooms all were same... looked as tho there were people living at motel... drove to hilton doubletree n stayed there instead...
Close to Sea-Tac International airport The police that surrounded the motel after the murder.
Bathroom was decent, and I liked the corner-style shower. Very spartan, cheap ikea furniture. I felt like I checked into the neighborhood hostile for wayward drug addicts. Uncomfortable lumpy mattress. Cheap linoleum flooring so you could hear every step the person above you made. Intoxicated people walking around talking in the halls. Had to turn off the really loud ac unit to hold a conversation. Wouldn't stay there again.
I loved how friendly and helpful the staff was during the day. The night crew was cool too but day shift was definitely more helpful
Nothing Unpleasant People fighting outside of the door Loud Could not get any sleep so unhappy Called room service a couple times and they didn't do anything about it. No sleep. Not worth it at all would have rather drove 4 hours back home then stay there again.
The room was small but that's okay. It had two full size beds. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and new, the interior seemed like they're trying to keep up with keeping it modern and new. They shower/bathroom was super clean. Staff was nice and helpful. If you're looking for a room to save money, this is it. The only issue for us was the paper thin walls and ceiling. You can hear every sound, even the neighbor's phone call. At one point, it was so bad we had to call the front to tell them that the people above us were loud and they said it was just room service cleaning up. You can hear every footstep and every conversation going on around you. I'd suggest staying on the top floor to help with the noise somewhat. We were on the first floor. If you're a light sleeper it will be a problem.
I wanted a cheap hotel by the airport, and it is indeed a cheap hotel near the airport. Grim, though - all the furniture is bolted down.
The people in the front desk were really nice. The rooms were clean. Very convenience that there was a gasoline station was right next to us, within walking distance. If we were to stay for the night we would stay there ! I thought the price was not bad at all.
It wasn't expensive and they seemed to take security seriously they didn't have complimentary shampoo/conditioner
Cheap and clean. The sheets gave my friend bad allergies. Poor quality sheets.
newer and very clean. Good value staff nice but a little inefficient especially due to malfunctioning printer.
Clean room, quiet, easy Weird high pitched ringing noise I guess was kind of annoying
Nothing really. The man at the desk was nice and helped us cancel an expedia reservation but the young lady called us after 1000pm to let us know that it was complete. That was nice of her but that is a little late to be calling people. We had already goine to bed. Our room key didn't work and had to go to office 3 times over a 30min time span before we were given another room. Than room smelled like pot. The other room we got had a cat pee smell and when we wiped water that my graddaughter spilled on it the washcloth was black. When we let the desk clerk know at checkout she just thanked us for helping out the next people and told us what she was going to do to make the stay for the next people nice. Woluld not stay there again.
Low price and right off the freeway. The gas station right next door was a plus. Nothing that was advertised to be there was lacking, but a mini fridge would have been very helpful.
The location was close to where I was doing business and was easy to find The cans for cigarette butts along the second story in front of many rooms. The floor was dirty by the head of the bed and the phone outlet was hanging loose. It felt a bit sleazy.
We were given a really spacious room including wifi and free coffee and pastries for breakfast. There was heaps of helpful info in reception and lots of parking. Was a litttle noisy but what do you expect when you stay next to the main road.
My room was spotless and very comfortable. The front desk clerk was welcoming and very helpful.
Staff was great.
The room was reasonably priced, fairly clean, good beds. The bathroom needs remodel. and the heating system took a long time to kick in.
Well located for an interesting local neighbourhood and downtown Seattle.
I needed to arrive late, after the end of check-in time of 11:00 PM, but the desk clerk was not at all bothered when I called to ask if this would be a problem. He was friendly, and told me to take my time. Also, the location was convenient to the U. of Washington, where I was visiting. The plumbing fixtures were old and didn't work well. I probably wouldn't dare bring my wife here. It's a trade-off, though, as I am sure this is one reason the price was reasonable.
cheap (cant beat the price ) and nice motel. really quiet too, as in there were no parties going on by other guests. only drawback was getting to the hotel because of the divider between the road. some noise from the hwy, but that didnt bother us
The location No access to coffee until 8:00 AM.
Location, cost. Loud party next door. Front desk said would take care of it but did not.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. We were just a short drive from city attractions. Some of the outlets didn't work, so we couldn't charge phones.
Based on reviews and pictures it seems quite dingy but the rooms are well maintained, clean and bright. Certainly above what was expected for the price. Although it is located in an industrial area which might put some people off, it was very convenient in terms of location and access to public transport. The shower was small, with the showerhead located at roughly my neck height (I'm 5'9", for comparison) and an extremely weak stream. I wasn't especially bothered by the paucity of the "breakfast" but it certainly shouldn't be relied upon to get you going at the start of the day. Only if you haven't got time to get a real breakfast. The mattress was very very firm, which comes down to a metter of preference. Not for me. Staff was very brusque. Not rude but not especially helpful or welcoming either.
They were happy to switch us into a room with two beds instead of one which was what we originally booked. We got in late so we didn't notice until the morning that there were no towels in the room, after we left they called us and accused us of stealing their towels saying they were charging us for them and told us we were lying. The bathroom was dirty and had sugar ants crawling all over the floor.
Comfy beds, soft fluffy pillows, heater worked great, decent breakfast. No microwave
Staff and location Room, stained carpet, bed was awful. Overpriced for room quality.
Do not book this hotel! Very run down and dirty. Independently owned and not tooken care of. Bath tub was cracked, mattress was stsined , carpet was dirty, the other tenants looked homeless and left their crying toddler in the stroller unattended outside while they stepped in the office.
The ONLY redeeming factor is its close proximity to SEA-TAC Airport and the free airport shuttle. This place is dirty, run down and ramshakle. Surly front desk staff. Carpet in room had many "mystery" stains and the finishing in the room was half-done. It was like they were building it, got about 2/3 of the way through and just decided to start having guests. Carpet strip protector dividing carpet and linoleum had exposed screw heads that you could easily cut your feet on. Ancient t.v. with minimal cable channels - though every channel gave the people a nice rose-colored hue. This is a place you would stay at only as a last resort, which was my case since my other hotel booked off hotels.com cancelled my reservation and did not notify me.
Room was big. Bed bugs.
Close to airport, restaurant walking distance, elevator to upper floor. Irregular flooring, strong cleaning fluid smell, bed cover cigarette burn holes.
Free shuttle to the light rail. Only 3 minutes away. Rooms were quite small, shady parking. Run down appearnce as there is an old and new building. Picture on web has been photshopped. Lack of service, breakfast was stale cereal, ants crawling all over by waffles and some tables. Pillows were Flat, 2 per bed asked for one more we are out we only have 5.
The only redeeming quality of this place was the man at the front desk he was very nice and up beat! My husband and I were recently stuck for a night in Seattle and needed to find a cheap hotel quickly. This was the closest to the airport (a plus). However the room was disgusting. The furniture and sheets all had stains as well as holes in the blankets. The heater was smashed in and the dead bolt was broken. It honestly felt like a motel room that is rented by the hour. Definitely not worth the $70.
The front desk lady was nice. Everything at the hotel was old. The room was veryyyy old, dirty, broken smell change everything.
The room's furnishings were good, no worn out rugs or stains. The bathroom was very functional and clean. My wife is somewhat picky and felt comfortable in the room. Thought parking would be a problem but there was plenty of parking spaces near the three story building. All employees were friendly including at 4 AM when we left. The building is dated.
We survived the night despite the loud gunshots, which really gave us a new zest for life. This hotel was a total nightmare. We waited over an hour at the airport repeatedly dialing the number for their shuttle but getting no answer, and eventually we had to get a shuttle to another hotel and walk ten minutes up the highway to get there. The receptionist did not apologize but just said "oh, that's funny". She "upgraded" us to a king room, but when we got there, the bed was unmade and there was dirty takeout food on the floor. We returned to reception and were moved to a "jacuzzi room", but were surprised to discover that not only was the jacuzzi built into the main room right next to our (threadbare) bed, but also there was no shower or bath -- the jacuzzi was the only way to wash. My friend and I took turns going out for a walk while the other waited for the jacuzzi to slowly fill to the point where we could clean ourselves. The whole thing was a total farce.
I like that is was close to the airport. Wow, this place is really scummy. If I would have known ahead of time I would not have stayed here. But the staff was nice and even though it didn't seem safe at first it proved to be ok by morning.
We feel cheated. Were sold a deluxe room with coffee facilities and breakfast. We got a room with torn armchair and dirty floors. No coffee and no breakfast and in a depressing location.
dirty and moldy bathroom
No comments Rooms weren't clean Smelled horrible Lady was trying to charge more money! Not going back again. Definitely not an 80 or 90 dollar hotel. Maximum for a place like that should be 30 dollars.
Room amenities - microwave, refrigerator, cable tv. No coffee, $20 deposit, when I checked out clerk/owner reminded me of deposit - she asked me point blank if I had smoked. It was a non smoking room. I replied no. She gave refund back something in room made noise most of night, I think it was refrigerator. Back window looks down on neighborhood playground.
Seemed quiet They cancelled my reservation for not showing up by 11. I thought I had put somewhere that my flight didn't even arrive until 11, but whatever, mistakes happen. However the guy proceeded to pick up the phone, make a few calls, and tell me there was nothing left in the area - however there was another room nearby with a sink that didn't work, but I had to decide *right then* if I wanted it, because suddenly, at 1am on a Wednesday, three other people were currently on the phone wanting that particular room. Seemed kinda shady.
I liked how big the rooms were & the set up of the room & I defiantly liked the location because it's nice & close to the freeway entrances & close to the des Moines marina. I didn't like the tv because it was really small & really old & basically just a piece of junk & basically I would like it if they could update the hole room. Don't get me wrong I like the rooms overall but they could use some updating.
Nothing at all It was a lot of mildew, bad area lots of weirdos roaming, and u can't have any guest which is so stupid when u pay 70 a night for a dump
Room was clean and comfy st Staff, I had the most horrible customer service. Never going back there thank you
It was better than what I expected. I was very impressed. I would definitely stay again. Staff friendly, clean, and easy to find. I was very thankful for them to be so flexible I didn't like how there were to many amenities
They went into my room and touched my belongings even though I had the do no DISTURB sign on!
If you don't want to pay 100+ for a one night stay then stay here. Bed was really comfy The adress to this motel was wrong so it lead us to a different motel. They need to update the adress so others don't get confused like we did. Parking was smaller and crowded and barely and spots left for guests. Lady who gave us a key had to switch us to a different room cause the key would open the door 3 times. The area is very sketchywoke up to couples fighting and its on a busy road so it's pretty loud
Nothing. Took an hour for the guy at the front desk to find one of the two reservations. Instead of apologizing and saying that he couldn't find it, he insisted that I had only made one reservation even though he saw the confirmation emails. He was the rudest most condescending person I have ever spoken with. The rooms were dirty. The "breakfast" was coffee and bread.
Goof staff! Very, Very noisey!!!
Nothing!! This was a horrible hotel. It was filthy. There were hairs from the past guest in the bed and tub. We had to take the bed apart so we could fix the frame so the bed wouldnt bang every time we moved. The carpet was sticky. The chair arms were filthy. JUST GROSS all the way around!!
Not too small, great location, great price Carpet needs to be replaced. Newer furniture needed
The young lady at the front desk tried to help but couldn't. But she was very sweet. I couldn't log onto the internet and I have never had that problem before ( numerous trips ). The AC did not properly cool the room. I normally sleep in sweats in a hotel room because you never know what might happen- ended up sleeping in a t shirt and undies- not good. The hotel rents parking spots to people who don't like paying airport fees- so the parking lot was crowded and the spots were very narrow- there's nothing good about squeezing out of your vehicle and then trying to get suitcases between tight vehicles up into your room. If I had a newer vehicle with no existing scratches- it would have made me crazy.
Staff was friendly Horrible hotel. Way overpriced. We walked into the room and there was burns and stains all over the carpet, graffiti scratched in the air conditioner/heater. Furniture was all falling apart. Looked like it was from the early 90's. Walked into the bathroom and towel rack was all busted up and graffiti all over the back of the door. We come back after exploring Seattle and there is NO parking spots they were all taken up from they're airport parking. (Both nights) Bunch of people walking around there that were really sketchy. Horrible hotel will never stay there again.
