Lower the price and improve the quality of the linens …my wash clothes were stringy and looked dingy.
Called ahead to let people know it was my wife’s birthday and just asked if people could maybe say happy birthday to her when we arrived. On the phone person said absolutely and they would even have a cake. Got there and no one had any idea or record of the phone call. A small thing. Also getting charged for skimpy breakfast and overnight parking was a little surprising. I understand getting charged for parking in a large city but Burlington? Street parking not really an option due to snow. All added up to a very average stay.
