Mildew in shower grout, shower door handle corroded.
Pros (+) Room was great, staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) WiFi is free, but doesn’t actually work for anything one k if the want to do. Speed was less than 1/4 mb / sec, so streaming and remote work were not really possible. Also, chromecast isn’t an option on any of the televisions (both because of WiFi and because TVs are older). Super small issue, still had a lovely stay, but with Covid we needed to spend more time in the room than one would normally ...

Pros (+) The staff was very nice, hotel was clean and modern. Love the layout of Hyatt Place for a business stay. Tenth floor lobby is cool and the rooftop restaurant is great.
Cons (-) You handed me off to booking.com and they slammed me with three a three day reservation which I couldn't change. BAD DEAL.
Pros (+) The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Everything in the room was spotless. The location was very convenient. Breakfast provided lots of options and the staff serving it went out of their way to make everyone feel welcome.
Cons (-) We were a bit surprised by the $22 charge for required valet parking but the valets were great. The morning we left, only one elevator was working, which caused a bit of a wait since we were on the top floor.
