Cons: Everything was great except that I had requested a compact car and the smallest vehicle available when I arrived at the counter was a Toyota RAV4 SUV. If I hadn't been comfortable with a larger car, I would have been in trouble.

Good visit
Pros: Pickup was very good. Friendly courteous assistance. Very professional (general manager)
Cons: Drop-off not as good of an experience. Not very friendly.. courtesy and professionalism were also lacking by the assistant manager
