The only thing that would make the experience better is a little more leg room and the overhead bins are very low. I hit my head when I was settling into the middle seat and was nervous about poking my eye on the corner of a lowered bin when I was deplaning.

It helps manage expectations to know that this is a discount airline. I brought my own snacks so that I wouldn't have to buy something if I got hungry or thirsty for soda during the flight. One of my seat mates was unaware that he would have to pay $4 for a Coke and was a bit upset. He hadn't listened to the flight attendant say "Drinks for purchase?". All of the employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. My one complaint is that the overhead bins are very low when they are open. I was heading for the middle seat and unexpectedly hit the top of my head on the bottom of the open overhead bin. The headrests were also a little uncomfortable. But overall, for the price, it was a decent value, and I would fly Breeze again.

Flight was on time. The crew was efficient and kind.

Crew was inconsistent in instructions in advising passengers about seat backs during take off. Perfunctory announcements except from cabin.

The experience with Breeze was really great. The app makes managing flights easy. You can check in on there 24 hours in advance, and your boarding pass is there, too. The flight crew and the staff at both our airports were wonderful. Snacks and drinks were reasonably priced. The seats were very comfortable, they even had adjustable headrests on every seat. The only downside is not having entertainment or Wi-Fi available onboard.

The price is amazing. I was worried about how the flight would be as I never flew then. Seats were very comfortable. We had lots of legroom. The Akron airport was really nice. Overall it didn't have the stress we usually experience with flying. Highly recommend

Flight was 3 hours late so only had an OK experience

It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.

3 hours late and all they have is was a $12 meal voucher. That’s not even enough to cover fast food.

Among the poorest flights I’ve had with Delta in a while. Entertainment system failed completely on a 7.5 hr flight. Crew seemed distracted and not the normal friendly crew. Flight overbooked it seemed… very crowded.

If I can, I always fly Delta. I’ve found their service to always be reliable and pleasant.

You could have not cancelled the flight (AA, which I will be flying from now on) left for BOS despite the fictitious weather issues (that no one in my Boston family could see). You could have rebooked my direct flight to another direct flight instead of sending me though JFK, the worst US airport after O’Hara You could have rebooked me on a Main Cabin seat (like the one I paid for in my original ticket instead of putting me a the last row on JFK->BOS leg, pocketing the difference in ticket price But I do not really care whether you will ever do that in a future because in a future neither I nor anyone from my company (unless they pay out of pocket) nor an of my clients and partners (if they heed my advice) will ever be caught dead on any of Delta flights

Really bad baggage handling. Had my Rimowa bag badly damaged at the latches.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

It was good until there was a 3 hour delay because there was not any pilots to fly the plane.

There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Nothing they cancelled my connection and couldn't get me on a flight for 3 more days

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.

The baggage handlers broke the handle on my bag that they put under the plane that I checked on the jetway. They traded it out for a less quality bag in Tulsa. But, they said they would try to fix it. Bologna! There was no fixing that bag handle. Someone didn’t care how they treated the bag.

The entertainment wasn’t playing in the app or online.

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

After the morning frenzy of 35 min wait through CLT security at 4;30 AM, it was nice to have a smooth pleasant boarding experience. This 6:30 AM flight was not full. We were able to get seated swiftly and took off promptly. Nice touch they distributed the old fashioned headsets with 8 mm jacks. Snacks were decent and arrival was uneventful.

WiFi was down so no entertainment and I could not work either. The flight was Very turbulent at the end (the last 20 min felt like an eternity) I appreciated the pilot for getting us there safely. The flight attending in first class was kind and attentive to everyone.

American Airlines actually put me on a Delta flight. They didn't have to do that. They could have offered me a flight the next day or even two days later. But, American Airlines agents put me on a Delta airplane from Atlanta to Sao Paulo, instead of going through Miami when my flight to Miami was cancelled. American Airlines made sure that I got to my destination on time. I appreciate that.

Unfriendly gate staff and significant delay once we were on the plane.

The gate crew did try to help, however they lacked the information as to whether the flight will operate or not. Being delayed 6 hours and in a limbo on whether the flight will operate or not is not fun. The airline having staffing issues is not encouraging at all.

I missed this flight due to delays on my previous flight.

Boarding started earlier but was not updated on any screen. We only heard the overhead call for final boarding. The plane sat on the tarmac for over an hour after landing.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Plane was unkept and security lacking. Agents bickering over which one was going to print my boarding pass.

Besides there were several delays, they wouldn’t give me my boarding pass for both my connecting flights (even though due to the delays I had an extremely short time to get to my second flight). When I went to the counter at my connection, two agents were bickering about who was going to help me. One continued saying she was quitting and the other should tell their boss she’s not coming in the next day. Staff was extremely unprofessional, plane cleanliness and security was lacking. This was my first and last time using Silver Airlines.

My flight was cancelled from Gainesville. I was able to get on another flight on Friday. Will see if this one cancels also?

I am very disappointed. I booked with kiwi when I got to the airport there was no reservation I had to purchase another ticket after my card was already charged for almost double the cost I payed through kiwi eight days after I went to their office in Tortola and they refuse to give me a receipt so that I can cancel the original payment. They said “ there is no record that you used silver to travel “ I know I did not swim to Puerto Rico . If someone can help me please so that I can cancel the payment the credit card company said I need it, I have less than 14 days or I will loose my money. This is terrible and there is no local number for them.

I booked because of time of the flights. I needed to be at my destination at a specific time, and missed my appointment because of your delays.Get rid of these junk planes. The ATR planes are dated old scary planes. And maybe you could actually be on time. This airlines on time record is horrible. The communications between the gate agents and this company dont exist.. They couldn't give any answers,. When trying to find out when the flight would leave, they get no response when they asked for details on flights, they receivedconflicting information. I felt bad for the gate agents having to deal with Silver's inability to communicate simple information. This is my last choice in air travel. On time flights are everywhere, and both flights I took were delayed. It's a sad company.

The flight itself was good and the flight attendant was very good.

If you take this airline, they WILL change the flight time, and make you miss your connection. It has happened every time I used it. It's so unreliable that I think it shouldn't be offered on Kayak. You will regret it!
