Overall rental experience was good. The staff was really good and helpful with the information.

Cons:

It was overpriced. Instead of LDW, it would have been good to have a comprehensive insurance for the rental period. If i would have gone through the budget site, I might have got a discount as well.

The rental office was closed. We couldn't get any satisfaction from either Priceline or Hertz. In short, there was no rental. We had to make other arrangements at the last minute which cost us and extra $100 for a shorter BBC rental period.

Nothing. It was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I ended up with no car and no response from Hertz. This was a nightmare that ended up costing me about 8 times as much as the rental was.

I should have booked elsewhere. The experience, or lack of there of, was TERRIBLE!!!
