I was allowed to make a reservation, but not a sin
Pros: Nothing, I'm afraid.
Cons: Why allow people to make meaningless reservations? What's the point? I wasted a lot of time and went through a lot of hassle. I ended up finding a car on my own, from a completely different company, in another town (yes, I had to drive about a half hour). I will not be using Budget again.

There was no vehicle of any kind available
Pros: Leaving
Cons: The place was impossible to find even with gps. When we got there they didn't have a single vehicle avaliable even though we had made a reservation earlier that day. They claimed that same day reservations were not valid. I wish I had known that before I drove an hour to get there. There was no sympathy, no effort to help me, no discount on future rentals or any sort of compensation. Horrible customer service.

It ws adquate for my needs.
Pros: The car was fine. It drove well, and there were no problems.. Ir was adequate I'd use them again.
Cons: There was no one at the car rental pickup when i got there. I had to call a number and no one answered. AS i was calling the 2nd number, a man showed up.
There seemed to have been some trouble with my credit card. The man was patient and we got through it.
I would have liked a reminder about the tolls and that I didn't have EZ pass.

Poor service, long wait and no cars--with a reservation!
Cons: The agent let us stand and wait for 25 minutes THEN informed us there were no cars ( yes, we had reserved one ). Never again--this location poorly run.
