The vehicle that was found and reserved through Kayak was not actually available at the location. Offered an alternate minivan at same price, but it would have cost more in gas for me to use it. Had to find another location that had the appropriate size vehicle and would honor the Kayak price. Original location was not helpful in finding another as they stated that each location was individually owned/operated and they couldn't guarantee anything.7.6 Good

Vehicle was very dirty on outside. Windshield very dirty on inside. For the money you pay for a “premium” SUV, it should be clean. I had to take it to a car wash and shine the tires.9.2 Wonderful

I really liked the availability of the rental and the ease of picking it up. It was a great, clean car.Cons:
I was pretty disappointed when I extended my rental drop off time by 24 hours and realized the amount of the charges. I inquired about the charges when I dropped it off and was told it was correct. I just really thought it was quite excessive.8.0 Very good

Pros:
The Staff was fine. The problem was that the rental car reservation was for a different place than the Pittsburgh airport where we needed it. I do not know how this happened. The result is that I had to cancel the reservation and rent from a competitor who offered a much better rate than Avis.Cons:
Since this type of error happens frequently, I think the staff should be prepared for it and supply a competitive rate to rent the car.2.0 Poor
