Cons: Booked my car reservation several days ahead of my arrival.. upon my o time arrival I was told they had no cars available. The gentleman working the counter explained that after 4 hours they cancel reservations because most people reserve a car and don’t show up. Budget left me and my you son stranded in Harrisburg, PA. Worst customer service I have received from a rental company. I will never use Budget rental, and I suggest to whomever reads this, to seek alternate rental providers.

Pros: Staff was friendly.Cons: No drop off box labeled Budget or clear direction where key should be dropped. Had an early flight out after dropping car. Office wasn't open. Finally just put the key in the Avis box hoping it got to Budget.

Cons: Explain all the + cost. Booked for 215 end up paying 371 not including tolls, being bill now. Add 2 drivers but was told it would not exceed 65/person. was not told beside pa’s tax there is an 13% airport tax. Didn’t mention using the ezpass once they’ll charge 4/day for everyday you have the car.

Pros: The disinfectant sticker and smooth pick up.Cons: The pickup location was unable to get information on other locations one way vehicle selection. I had a busy day and was trying to find a vehicle in a location closer to my work. Drop off location was under staffed and some what unprofessional looking. The vehicle had scratching, some plastic missing from the body, and dirt around the passage door on the interior (making me question the disinfectant sticker).

Wonderful experience.Pros: Pickup, dropopff easy. Car worked fine. It also helped that small airport experience meant I didn't have to shuttle somewhere way off somewhere in the distance. That was a big plus, but says less about the company than the fact that the Harrisburg, PA airport is small.

Debit Cards Not AllowedPros: The price seemed fair if I hadn't been refused for having a bank debit card.Cons: Having my card accepted when I booked the car, but refused when I was dropped off to pick up the rental, stranding me at the airport!

corrected their mistakePros: Picked up the car at 11:30 pm in MDT. You have to deal with National Car Rental since the Alamo is closed. Started driving the car and notice the gas gage was just touching the low side of full. When I brought back the car the agent immediately corrected the fuel error in my favor.

1-way MDT-JFK rentalPros: Quick check-in & check-out, quick replacement of vehicle.Cons: Though it was a 1-way rental, still pretty steep @USD 93 for a day. The original car allotted smelt terribly of cigarette smoke, but was replaced immediately.

Pros: I liked being able to pick up and return car at airport. Counter could use more staff. Car was ready when I arrived and the return went very quickly.Cons: I thought the option for refueling would mean you would pay for what you used. It looks like I paid for a full tank of gas which I would not have used. It is a great option but they should be fair and charge based on what you actually use.

Pros: The price and ease of drop off.Cons: Pick up area directions were not clear at all. We were travelling w/ 88 yr.old. Finally had to sit her down in the parking garage, leave her and go back near terminal to complete paper work which took 30 minutes. I reserved a specific car so she could get in and out of it easily. We were given a different car that was much too low and hard for her to access.

Great UPFRONT value.. taxes and fees and all the "Pros: I loved the ease of picking up and dropping off the carCons: I did NOT like the daily fee for being under 25 PLUS an 11% additional "underage" fee that you charged me. I feel like I was charged twice. The rate I paid was more than double the rate I was quoted........
