Pros:What we expected. Fast, friendly pickup for people in a hurry.
Pros:Staff was super friendly and efficient. I had a reservation so my waiting was very minimum.
Cons:I didn't get the car I wanted but I was sooo desperate to get anything to get me out of town. I made a reservation online.
Cons:It would have been nice if they had the vehicle I have reserved. I paid extra money for a full size sedan but they only had a compact. I was charged the same price for a much smaller vehicle. I purchased Collision coverage off of kayak but the Enterprise employee tried tricking me into buy addition
Cons:I go to pick up my rental SUV that I had reserved for two weeks. I made a adjustment to it the friday before to pick it up Tuesday morning at 7:30 am instead on Monday at 530pm. The kid that modified my reservation I believe his name was Ian from Enterprize in Morganton on hey 64 he told me I was set that it has changed told me my total and i went on way excited for my upcoming vacation. I go in to get my rental Tuesday morning and ready to hit the road with my children for Mrytle Beach they tell me they dont have me nothing that I was suppose to come in yesterday. I explained that I modified it and the guy said there was nothing he could do and try to make it sounds like it was fault. The manager was very rude about it and put blame on me. I had to call enterprize and frantically find another rental no one could help me. Long story short I finally found a Van from Ecomomy Car rental for double my rate I had reserved from Enterproze. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again. Oh yea we finally got on the road for the beach at noon 4.5 hours later and 175 bucks more cost. Thanks Enterprize.
Pros:Car rental price and friendly staff.
Pros:Price, picked me up at home, decent ride.
Cons:Car did not have a cleaning or maintenance check, washer fluid ran out on first use, car only had a half tank of gas, several scratches and small dings, salesman kept trying up up sell me on things I didn't need or want. First car they suggested smelled of smoke.

Pros:Nothing didn't have a car
8.0 Very good
Pros:Yes Daniel was great!
Pros:Car was very clean, staff at Hertz friendly!
Cons:I was lucky to see a poster about toll pass program, would not have known that I could drive through the e-z pass without stopping to pay. Would be good to consider final destination for customers to make sure they know those tips!
Cons:To actually get to pick up and use the truck that I rented...didn't happen...wasn't notified until 8:30am on the day of pickup which was supposed to happen @ 9am...30 minutes before pickup time, I am told the truck would not be available.
Pros:the staff made us laugh at the beginning and the turn in process was simple. Only bad thing is it's hard to see their location but once you know where it is, all is well.
Pros:The three women that worked there were spectacular. There was an issue with the car I got and they had it fixed and ready to go super fast.
Cons:Price for weekly rate. Usually weekly rate is cheapest and this time it was more. Not a crazy amount more but still sucked.

Pros:The pick up location staff were great, the vehicle was wonderful!
Cons:We couldn't find the drop off location, searched for 20 minutes. Google maps took us to the wrong place so I was 17 minutes late and was charged 45 additional dollars!! We were with someone raised in Virginia Beach and she couldn't find the place either. Very frustrated...
8.0 Very good
Cons:We were initially put in a car that reeked of smoke. (Our first clue of a problem should have been the chatty employee that talked about 'so many cars are returned with a smokey smell'... as though that would somehow make this seem normal.) We had to complain to get the car changed, but once we complained, the car was quickly swapped out. IMO, the guy wanted to unload the car on us - we were doing a long distance one-way rental... he probably wanted us to take the car so that he could remove it from his inventory.
Cons:I never got to pick up the car. I ran into traffic and was literally 3 minutes late. I called ahead to let them know and asked if they could stay open 5 min so I could get the car. Instead they told me they closed promptly at 5:00 and there was nothing they could do about it. Extremely poor customer service

Pros:friendly staff easy pickup
Pros:Yes. I picked it up in a small town and they told me some things that Charlotte staff said wasn't true but they gave me a $10 discount when I dropped it off 2 make up the difference
Cons:I was really nervous picking up the car because it had animal hair on many of the seats and the floor mat was torn and there were a lot of rather large scratches on the hood. They kept reassuring me that I wouldn't be charged for any of that but in the past I've had them be real sticklers about it so asked them to write it on my check out papers. They kind of acted like I was crazy to be concerned about being charged for the damaged :-)
Pros:The inside of the car was fine, and what we expected. Pick-up and drop off were super quick and convenient.
Cons:The car was filthy dirty outside. So bad, I took photos. Don't know how they can release a car in those conditions! Also, we picked up late in the day, and the day we wanted to return the car, they were not open that late, so we had to pay for an entire extra day for one hour. On top of that, I just noticed they charged us a $10 fee for giving them an extra day of busines!!! This should not happen. Other companies we rent from allow you to return anytime. Guess they have a camera that tells them when you dropped it off [or the keys in the slot], to make sure you are on time. Avis should get with the times!
8.8 Very good
Pros:Car was the same size as advertised, and the rate given by Kayak was exactly what we were charged. We even got a refund for leaving more gas than we got! This was our first experience using Kayak and overall it was great, especially the rate in comparison to others.
Cons:Car had not been cleaned outside, just "watered" down. They did not go over dents in the car and when we noticed drove back to let them know.
