Pros: Was ready with a vehicle, vacuumed it out before I left
Cons: Wrong sized car. I specifically wanted a certain sized car and they didn't have one that sized. I was upgraded to an SUV - did not appreciate.Also on my return to another airport (Albany, NY), I returned earlier than the Enterprise workers came, so was unsure where to drop off and how to get to the terminal on time for very early flight. I'm not sure I'll repeat my my Enterprise experience.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff
Cons: 1) that you couldn't pick up from the airport. Like where do most of your customers without cars come from?
2) I booked on kayak and it ended up being $50 more than provided and then there was the extra deposit. I was fine fronting the deposit and paying more because I really needed the car but I wanted to be told up front so that I could better prepare.

Pros: Professional service. Quick service. Quality vehicle selected to meet our travel needs. Attention to details.
Cons: Had a few snafus with my rental situation-Not the fault of agency or agent-- and he took time and effort to resolve my problem. A+ !!

Online Rental Information VERY Misleading!
Pros: The Hertz Rental Agent at the off-airport site where I finally picked up my car was extremely accommodating, and managed to arrange for me to return the car at the airport at no extra charge.
Cons: Your online information mislead me to understand that I would be picking my car up at the Manchester, NH airport. When I got there I found that the car was actually at a Hertz location miles away. It cost me $25 to get there by Taxi and set me back an hour that I did NOT expect. The added cost and inconvenience were really a drag, and I feel I was duped. The site needs to be more clear. I had specifically requested an AIRPORT pickup and drop-off when I logged in.
Cons: We had to walk your luggage half way across the parking garage because you can't pull the car up to the booth. The car smelled like cigarettes horribly bad. No person at the drop off spot so we had to move the car twice for them. Bad experience over all
