Pros: The car handled very nicely and was nicely equipped
Cons: The customer service was awful with a very aggressive counter person who then charged me twice what my reservation cost was. I will gladly pay slightly more for a rental car so that I never have to deal with these people again.

Easy pick up and return
Pros: Very fast and easy to get car and return. When there was a mistake in the bill they cheerfully fixed it.

I was not able to rent from Alamo due to not havin
Pros: Only that the agent told me of the only cat rental place in the airport that accept debit cards was Avis and she explained to me if I had reservation from one of the airlines that they then would accept my debit card (this was not noted on my reservation when I made it very upsetting ).
Cons: Not given advance notice that debit cards were not accepted at the time of reservation (only those who had flight reservations ) very upset (but very happy) that only one car rental place (Avis) accept my debit card . Alamo now Thrifty/Dollar also no longer accepting debit cards everyone don't have major credit cards (some by choice and I'm one of them) it's sad and unfair, Not Happy At All

Excellent Service with a sneaky twist
Cons: Even though I clicked that I didn't want the extra insurance coverage, I was charged $22 per day anyway.

Get service lacking selection
Pros: Really tried to save me as much money as possible.
Pros: I always like the friendliness of the enterprise staff.
Cons: I wasn't able to get in till a few hours after my scheduled pick up and they assumed I wasn't coming so they gave my car away. I had to wait another hour or so before the next car was ready.

Cons: They told me that your insurance was inadequate and that i should buy theirs too to make sure everything is covered.

Horrible customer service
Pros: The car was great for the price, clean, gas efficient and got us around.
Cons: Customer service was horrible. The car was released and was forced to find another location. The location I originally rented at decided they would release the car because I was 1.5 hrs late. She told me she called once and since I "didnt answer" she "assumed" we "weren't coming." Then instead of helping me out with getting another car, she simply stated, "I'm sorry there is nothing I can do," which is plain old lie. She could have called the nearest location and see if they had anything available. We were forced to call ourselves and do the leg work and pray I didn't have to take an Uber back to the hotel. We get to the second location and had an issue with the business card, we couldn't just switch the reservation to my name because the card didn't have my my name on it, only the CEO's name, IT's A COMPANY CARD, DUH! then the tax exempt "didn't have the CEO name on it only the companies name". Just issue after issue for lack of knowledge and or professionalism. Finally we got the car.
Pros: the service person was friendly and knew his job.
Cons: There wasn't a car ready when I was suppose to pick it up. I was given an suv instead. Small one thank goodness. I had ordered a car because I had back surgery and needed better seat support. When I returned the car the time stamp had me down for an hour earlier which stated I was an hour late. That was taken care of thankfully. I won't book from again.

Cons: Back seat of Ford Escape gets pretty uncomfortable after 1990 miles, but there was plenty of luggage room!
