Pros: They were a bit unorganized, couldn't find the key that was left in the drop box and still didn't email me a receipt after 2 requests

WATCH OUT FOR ADDED CHARGES!
Pros: good car
Cons: I feel that the employee tried to trick me into paying for the extra insurance. I told him I wanted what I signed up for & didn't want the extra insurance & he charged me for the basic insurance. The printout was confusing & looked like I was being charged for the $187 I agreed to. I even asked him & he said it was o.k. but was charged almost $100 more. Couldn't do anything because I initialed ok not realized that I had initialed the wrong place. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ENTERPRISE!!!
