Was provided a car (mini cooper) which is smaller than Peugeot 3008. Then stop upselling customer with another car which is similar size to Peugeot 3008Meet or beat the customer expectations

Please provide the list of cars available in a class. For example, I have signed up on Sixt website for Peugeot 300i but i was given smaller mini cooper. Rental agent says it is in same class but mini coopernis much smaller and uncomfortable. Stop upselling once the customer made reservation for a specific class/segment of car. It is not a fair business practice

The rental counter was easy to find. The car was clean and ready to go. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly at drop-off and pick-up. They offered us a "discount" for an upgrade on several different types of cars. We took advantage of this because we had more luggage than anticipated when we booked the car.As others have said - we also purchased the extended coverage from Allianz and Sixt had no record of that. However, they did not require that we do so.

I was charged a security deposit of almost $900 and now have to fight to get it back. Will be filing claim in county court.

Drop off was easy.I felt scammed—bait and switch. I reserved and paid for my car ahead of time. When I got there they told me I didn’t fill out the form correctly and they didn’t have my car (really? I even had my confirmation email, but this didn’t mean anything). The “solution” was I could pay more for an upgrade.

Good car model. Easy drop off.Rude staff. Complicated and inefficient pick up process. Which makes an overall performance mediocre when looking at the price of the service.

Great experienceCould choose between 3 different cars and chose the most appropriate for our journey. Car was great, only small issue was that one of the tires seemed not to be balanced well and there was a slight vibration above 100 km/ h. Pick up and drop off were very quick and staff super friendly.

We liked our vehicle once we finally got what we thought we were getting. They did work with us on switching vehicles but we're not very happy about it.The photo showed on line was iof a large van, not a minivan. We were paying about $1,500, which is a lot money for a rental vehicle. There were six adults and seven pieces of luggage. We traveled with the same group a couple of years ago and knew we needed a larger vehicle. However, when we got to Avis, they tried to send us with a minivan. We went back to the counter and they reassigned us vehicles four different times! It was a painful and lengthy process. In the end, we finally got an in between size vehicle, which worked out fine. It's just too bad they didn't give us what was pictured initially. We end up spending the first two hours of our vacation trying to get our rental vehicle straightened out, which was rather irritating for all of us!
