We specifically booked and paid for an SUV because we were driving to a ski resort. When we arrived at the airport something had gone wrong and no SUVs were available. We had to take a 2WD and pay for snow chains. Several weeks later I am still chasing for a refund..Reviewed Feb 8 2022

Our plane arrived at 8:40, we had to clear customs etc. get our baggage. The rental agreement said we rented at 8:37, (I didn't notice) It was actually after 10:00. The result was we had be up at the crack of dawn to have the car back. Maybe a learning experience. Also the Audi navigation system would not function even though I had it set on English.Reviewed Feb 4 2022

The car had a scratch in a hidden place that I couldn’t see when I received the car And when we came back they charged me the preparation And since I was in a hurry to catch my flight I didn’t argue much with the guy but I will make a reclaim Terrible service and the guy doesn’t have a conversation and he doesn’t know how to deal with the customersReviewed Oct 13 2021
