Pros: Quick pick up.
Cons: I did not get a receipt after drop off, and I was charged more than I was quoted but I don't know why.

Pros: Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but there was no car
Cons: At the time of my reservation they didn't have a car of any kind much less what i had reserved. I called Hertz and they told me the car i reserved would be ready at 8 am the next morning. Turns out the Hertz in Laramie does not open until 9am. No car day two. No car at the nest closet outlet . Gave up and flew home.

The car was nonsmoking but it stank like an ashtra
Pros: Good mileage
Cons: It stank of cigarettes. I couldn't get another car as they were already rented. The car reeked all weekend and I had to get an air freshener. It was revolting. My clothes and bag left in the car overnight stank the next day. Cars advertised as nonsmoking should not smell like an overflowing ashtray.
