After recording a voice mail that the Rental was not even available 1 hour before my reservation time, it took 40+ mins to reach someone at enterprise. I did not get a rental and they would not assist in transferring my reservation to another location or finding me another rental solution period. I ended up using Turo.

Waited for 1-1/2 hours for the car we rented to get there. Then they didn’t take the time to clean it because they were late. Paid double what we would have paid if we rented from the airport site.

Pros:

Staff wasn't friendly. They were way under staffed.

Cons:

Had to wait a hour to get my car. Poor location that hampered their ability to get the car turned around once received. Car want 2 clean one bit. Still had inventory markings on side window that I had to scrape off myself. Location closed at 3 pm so just dropped keys off.

Pros:

The associate was extremely stressed due to lack of vehicles available to customers. He had only one other associate who was cleaning the vehicles. This location was poorly staffed and in dire need of vehicles for clients who had reserved a vehicle in advance. One client last name Weldon had reserved a vehicle well in advance. He had called the day before to inquire whether his vehicle would be waiting for him at the agreed upon hour. He was so sure all was in order that he took an Uber to this Cedar Park, Tx location. When he arrived at his appointed time, there was no vehicle for him, even though he had checked the day prior!!!!!!

Cons:

1. More agents to ensure a product and timely service. We had to wait 2 hours plus to gain a vehicle by accident because a client declined her vehicle. 2. Sufficient employees to clean and service vehicles so that clients are happy to leave on time. 3. Enough vehicles for clients who are reserving!!!!!

They didn't have any cars cleaned and ready except an electric vehicle. I chose to take it being told that there was a charging station at Costco. Got in the car only to find out wasn't even fully cars, I couldn't find a working station and when I did, even on a 96% charge, I didn't have enough to do any of the driving I needed to do. So I paid for a rental I couldn't and didn't use. It was a disaster! Now I see in my email hertz has tried to charge my another $100 in addition to my $200 deposit they are holding currently on my credit card. There is no email stating what this $100 charge is for since I've already prepaid my rental fee. Extremely disappointed. This was all after a 45 min wait to even be helped due to only one person at the counter during their busy day. So now I've returned this vehicle with a 90+ charge when I only had a 16% charge when I picked it up. None of my money will be refunded.

Friendly staff. But at pickup the vehicle was very filthy on the outside (complete with a round dollop of bird poop on the roof and the torn remnants of an old Hertz certified clean sticker on the door pillar.) It was vacuumed on the inside but some surfaces felt a little grimy. The car only had 36,000 miles but the tires made a roaring noise (or a wheel bearing was making the noise) and there was a persistent rattle underneath the car at highway speeds. But, it got me from A to B.
