When I got home I spent an hour cleaning it because there was trash and obvious smear marks on the windows and such from the previous user. Given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with COVID-19 this was highly disappointing.Budget

Drop off was easy. Pick up was odd because I was told they didn’t have the correct SUV I ordered so I was going to be given a larger vehicle. I didn’t want a larger one so I said I would take a smaller for gas mileage. I was then told I could just wait five minutes and the vehicle I originally ordered would be ready. Then the worker went behind the store and drove around the suv I had ordered. I just found it a little strange. Why didn’t they give it to me in the first place?Cons:
