I’m sorry, I forgot her name, but she was awesome! I believe I talked to her twice on the phone and then in person she was great. I mentioned that I needed a specific space for luggage and/or a roof rack. She mentioned a couple different vehicles that were coming in and should accommodate what I was looking for. She said she would try to set one of them aside to make sure we had enough space. She came in clutch! Space for passengers and luggage! Great experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I am not sure why your site offers deals on cars that are not there. I rented a transit van, only to find out it wasn't available. When I asked about a refund I was told to contact Kayak. When I asked for help locating another transit I was told I would have to call around. Plain and simple do not advertise items you don't have!

I booked a reservation online via KAYAK. When I arrived to pick up my reserved car, I was told no cars were available. I asked why my reservation was accepted if no cars were available, to which the completely uninterested clerk said " I have no idea sir". I left without the car I had reserved! Seems like Hertz needs to add their name to the "not exactly" list. Because the phrase "There's Hertz and there's not exactly" doesn't apply any longer.

Pros:

Drop off was easy. Pick up was odd because I was told they didn’t have the correct SUV I ordered so I was going to be given a larger vehicle. I didn’t want a larger one so I said I would take a smaller for gas mileage. I was then told I could just wait five minutes and the vehicle I originally ordered would be ready. Then the worker went behind the store and drove around the suv I had ordered. I just found it a little strange. Why didn’t they give it to me in the first place?
