Cons: Location only had one car, was not the car I reserved, customer service at location was terrible, employees were on cellphones, lack professional skills.

They need more employees
Cons: I rented the car to be picked up at noon but could not get a car until 1pm. I along with others waited for a very long time. There was only person working. It was such an inconvenience because I did not expect to be waiting for an hour to pick up a car. If I am told I will receive a car at a certain time, I would like to receive it at that time.
Cons: I do not understand why there needs to be a reconfirmation once a confirmation has been made. I missed out on my rental because I did not receive a voicemail from Enterprise when they called. The day of the rental pickup I called them and they said oh you didnt confirm your rental the day before when we called. I had my family taking a road trip that had to miss out because of this. No where in the agreement does it state they need to call to confirm the day before. It ruined our experience.
