We arrived 15 min early for pick up and the car wasn't ready yet. Also, I wish they didn't charge a one-way drop off fee for in state drop off. Finally, the clerk couldn't tell me much about drop off at the airport - given it's the airport, I just expected she'd know more. Perhaps she was new.4.4 Mediocre

Staff at Lebanon was friendly. There was no attendant at return location in Dulles Airport (Sterling). I had to go to Avis counter to return the keys.Cons:

This was my first time ever renting a car, so I was a little nervous, but Avis was such a great company to go with! The whole process was very easy, I spent no more than 10 minutes picking up my car and even less time dropping it off in the city I traveled to. Thanks Avis!Cons:
The only issue I had was that my credit card expiration date was entered incorrectly, and I had to call to correct this issue the following week. It took about 20 minutes over the phone to get it resolved but everything else went great!8.4 Very good
