Cons:
They made a claim for damage. Don't know the details yet, but noone reviewed the car condition with me before or after the rental(Enterprise always does this), and I am not aware of any damage to the vehicle.9.2 Excellent

Pros:
The vehicle was very clean and well maintained.Cons:
The price I reserved the car for online ($151.37) was not the price presented to me when I was picking up the car at the kiosk at the airport ($303.00). Although the attendant adjusted the bill to ($193), but at the end of the week when I returned the car back, the bill had jumped back to $211.51. There was no explanations for these process variance.6.0 Good

I rented a car for the Wausau (Wis.) Airport and when I got there they said Budget has two locations and I had to pay the extra fees because my rental was elsewhere. Cost me an extra $100 or so. Otherwise, the counter people were nice and the car was good.10.0 Excellent
