Nice that an employee, Willie, met me as I returned the car. As I told him, my only problem with the rental car was that it had four charging ports and not one of them was a standard USB connector. All C type charging, which i don’t use. So my phone kept dying because i couldn’t charge it.

Pros:

the woman at the counter was very nice and pretty efficient. Drop off was quick and easy as well

Cons:

They didn't honor the price that I was quoted. It should have been $165 and instead they charged me. about $30 more. Said some baloney about the airport fees not being added in. The price said it already included taxes and fees. When you are standing at the check out counter needing your car, they have you over a barrel. I'm sure that that is their plan. What can you do? You have to have a car, you are in a city that is not your hometown and you have no choice but to pay. Not a very honest way to conduct business

Pros:

It was a horrible experience

Cons:

The lady said my reservation through your site meant nothing and I was stranded at the Montgomery Airport for 24 hours.... I will not be using Kayak ever again and will not recommend this to anyone I know...

Pros:

I love being able to get the car so easily, and the employees were extremely helpful when I needed help understanding the invoice. I had to call after the rental was over, and they were very professional even though I wasn't understanding the invoice. They never talked down to me or made me feel embarrassed because I needed some clarification. Their response time was very fast, even though they had to do a little research in order to take several screen shots that helped me understand the situation.

Cons:

There was no part of the rental experience from booking to completion that could have been better.

Dollar rental is fine. Unfortunately, kayak allowed me to rent a car the dollar rental did not have. It was the same day deal, and when I got to Dollar, they told me that Kayak does this all the time. Word of advice. Rent directly from the car, rental agencies themselves, do not use kayak.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, They were not there, they did not have any cars, left stranded at the airport ( two other people as well) and now I am fighting to get my money back. Poor service, poor site ! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, call a company directly. I can't get my money back for a car I didn't get.

Cons:

If I will not rent from your site and call the car company directly!

Cons:

I showed up. No one was at the kiosk. The sign said go to the Hertz counter. He told me Dollar didn't have a car for me, even though I had a reservation. I couldn't get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to call my credit card company to refund it. Dollar was a disaster.

There wasn’t any staff there. Just a sign saying they didn’t have any cars available even though I had reserved one already.

Cons:

Actually having a car, or at least communicating with me about not having a car after I already had a reservation
