Pick up was frustrating. I felt the agent was unwilling to discuss my needs in a vehicle. ‘Manager’s Special’ was unclear. I received a large truck - my vacation included transporting a handicapped person, so my arrangements changed. The agent’s response ‘ we can change it, for a few’ was off putting. I just left. On another note, my drop off experience was wonderful, the staff was friendly & efficient. I would have given pick up - unhappy, low score Drop off - excellent.10.0 Wonderful

Easy to get the rental picked up and dropped of quickly and efficiently. Very friendly staff.Cons:
The truck I rented was pretty badly scratched up on the driver side and it wasn't notated on any print outs I was given, nor did anyone do a walk around with me prior to me driving it off the lot. Additionally, the truck looked like it had barely had a wipe down and smelled like someone had definitely been smoking in it, but had tried to aerosol it away. Maybe notate known vehicle defects on the receipt or an additional print out so it's documented for everyone's sake.9.2 Wonderful

Cons:
The reservation was at 4:00, I arrived at 4:10 and was told my reservation is for the location just outside the airport but that the facility closed at 4:00. I asked if I could get a car at that location but was told it would be $1000. Kayak should have communicated with me that this facility was off-site and closed at the time of my scheduled pick-up.
