Pros: The car was in excellent condition, quick check in quick return. Very professional but not very friendly service.
The cost for the rental was very high, given that I had the cheapest economy on the lot this was very surprising.
The car did not have cruise control or automatic lights which is odd given that almost all new cars have this feature. This was very unpractical when going on a long trip or driving at night. Specially in Florida.

Pros: everything about the rental experience met my expectations. it was a intermediate car, and the gas mileage was great. like brand new <2K miles Kia.
Cons: My wife said " if that was an intermediate car, I would hate to see you in a compact!"

Cons: Was not given option to pre-pay for fuel at a reasonable rate, and was unable to locate a gas station near the Tampa airport dropoff point to refuel-- there were not any convenient options that I could find and the agent at dropoff agreed that it's hard to find around there and it "helps to know the area." Um, thanks a lot for sharing that while gouging me for $10/gallon fuel.
Pros: Wasn't expecting the infiniti 2017 car for such a reasonable price! Thanks Hertz!
Cons: We have a problem with the cigarette smell, which should have been addressed with seriously by Hertz. Pls. impose the proper penalty to your customers who smoke, and clean, get rid of that smell before you have it rented to other customers.

Cons: HORRIBLE customer service. Car was not ready on time and unsafe to drive when I got it. Turned it back in and was told there was no replacement vehicle in same size. No effort was made to assist finding a replacement. No response from customer service.

Cons: When I got there the person told me I had to pay for upgrade and had to leave my car somewhere else other than where I chose to drop it off. The total bill was 2.5 times what it was said on Kayak. I had to argue and talk to manager to get what I was told on Kayak, did not need that hassle.

Do not Use Trird Party Websites to book on Enterpr
Cons: This was the absolute worse Enterprise experience I have ever had. The clerk that greeted me was rude, did not say hello or look up, She only sputtered "license and credit card". She then demanded my boarding pass, which I did not have. I made the reservation through a travel site and the Miami airport was what they sent me to. I called the office to let them know I was running late, but no one picked up the phone. Then I called the 800 Rent A Car number and they only said I need a credit card to rent from there and nothing about a boarding pass. I asked the rude clerk to let me talk to the manager, and he said they do not rent to local people. They had my reservation in the system and they should honor it. I asked to to talk to his boss. A rude guys came out and basically said "too bad". I then said that since Enterprise told me this location was OK, they should give me a ride to the correct location. No dice, even though that is what Enterprise if known for. I said I was going to call the 800 number. He said he would call the police. We were both on the phone. I was telling the 800 number person how the manager was as calling the police. I then hand the phone over to the manager so he could get some tips on customer service from the 800 number person. The call was dropped after a couple of minutes. I left and easliy rented a car from National. On my way to the car I saw the police he called. He had LIED, telling them I was 1) in the way and 2) calling him names. This was the worst experience I have had renting a car. I partially blame your website, since it does not divulge that locals cannot rent cars there. Out of all of the Enterprise locations you sent me to the exact wrong one.

Pros: Dodge Journey was a spacious SUV, with nice handling in highway. Very gas efficient, was very surprised. Drove from Florida to Illinois. Very comfortable.
Cons: Didn't have Bluetooth or car phone accessory. When traveling now in car, hands free options are key.

Operating Hours are not long enough at Enterprise Gainesville Airport
Pros: -quick and fast check-in
Cons: My flight arrived at 11:00 p.m. to Gainesville but the Enterprise counter closes at 11:00 p.m. So, I had to come back the next morning (wasted 2 cab rides and time). Counter should close at 11:30 p.m.

Drop Off Location- Receipt's
Pros: Friendly Staff
Cons: The Staff didn't have knowledge in knowing how to close out my rental agreement, and printing a receipt out for me (the customer) when asked to do so. At first, I was told that I would have to call the location that I picked the rental up from to get a receipt, printed or e-mail. After a twenty minute conversation, someone from the Staff was able to produce a printed receipt.
Pros: The young man who greeted me in Gainesville aiport was very professional and personable, nice way to start a journey.

Pros: Loved backup camera
Cons: Counter closed at pickup. Had to go to the sister counter where there was a big line and it took forever. No one seemed to know what was going on and seemed to be in no hurry to get any of us out of there. They were friendly tho. Then drop off at PBI very poorly marked. Plus I thought the rate was high.
