Cons: I did not like that I paid extra for an intermediate vehicle that did not have remote open doors. It was only openable by a key which was inconvenient and unsafe. In order to get into the trunk I had to unlock the car and reach down for a lever. If this is a 2017 vehicle then I'm sure there was a remote opener that opened both the car and trunk. Not happy about that. I don't know the last vehicle I have ever seen that didn't have a remote door unlock remote.

Need to do better
Pros: The car was nice but didn't have what I wanted, then had to wait for another one. That put us about 2 hours late for check in.
Cons: This is the third time that has happened and I don't understand why. It doesn't do any good to make reservations online because they never have what you want...
Cons: it cost a lot of money and when I went to drop off the car no one was even in the office. I had to call customer service and ask what to do after waiting 20 minutes for the office person to return - I ended up leaving the keys and a note. Wierd!
