Value of Money
Pros: I did not like the customer service. The representative that walked me through the "sales" process was vague about the day to day charges for tolls, gas, etc. I repeatedly told her that did not want any extra services and wished to have the car that was quoted to me. I ended up paying an extra $150 dollars at the end of the trip because of it. My experience was not enjoyable and I will not be renting with your company for the rest of my life.

Cons: Unattended drop-off on Sunday, wasn't aware of that but worked out fine.

Great Service and Brillaint Vehicle
Pros: The service at both the Denver location and San Francisco was brilliant, the staff were friendly and explained all aspects of the rental to us.
Cons: When trying to book directly through Enterprise over the phone the service was poor and the staff sounded very reluctant to help me find the best deal.

Enterprise cancelled the rental
Cons: Kayak allowed me to rent a car despite the fact that Enterprise didn't have any cars available. Enterprise then called & woke me up the next morning to let me know they were cancelling the reservation & had been soldout for 2 weeks.

No car for us!!!
Cons: Specifically asked for rentals at Denver airport only to arrive at Budget to find out our Budget rental place was a taxi ride away.... Nowhere near the airport! And.... Budget at the airport had no cars available. So instead of having to pay for a taxi to and from our rental car through Kayak we hiked to another car rental place! If you have ever been to Denver airport car rentals you know that the rental places are NOT close to each other! I will never book with Kayak again!

Pros: SUV upgrade was nice. Enterprise people tried to be helpful.
Cons: Gas policy unfair to customers. If someone leaves the tank empty it is hard to return it empty. Also this was not explained well.
Car also had an issue where the alarm would trigger and couldn't be turned off easily. Extremely annoying.

Best Service I've Ever Had With Any Rental Agency
Pros: They called to confirm and get my info the day before. Upon arrival offered a free upgrade from economy to a new Durango (only 8 miles on it). In the car driving away in 5 minutes and drop off/checkout was the same. Clean, fast, and personable. Will definitely return. Paid half of what they wanted from any of the airport car rentals and it's maybe a $10/15 minute Uber ride.
