I went to the airport where promised me they could get a minivan but that I would have to pay a higher rate. The pick up took two hours due to lack of proper vehicle. They tried to give me a car when I rented a truck. The truck I finally got did not have working windshield washer fluid sprayers which was a huge issue in snowy weather. Had to reach out window and pour water on windshield to keep visibility.2.0 Poor

Would never reccommend this site its unacceptable, unreliable and undependable. Went to pick up car at prescribed time . no car was available. No representative called to state there was a delay. I was later promised a pick up 6 hrs after original time that was later cancelled . no solution missed my cousins wedding.
