Cons: Service needs some improvement.
Two guys at the service desk. One glued to computer, another says"I am having lunch, come back in 10 minutes." He pointed to sandwich in his hand.
I found two scratches on the car, that were not documented. My guess is that they did not care about them, but what if not?

Pros: Clear car and Fast pick up
Cons: Why on earth nobady is making people aware that 1000 euro deposit is required if You buy full insurancr throw Kayak and not directly throw Budget Rental. It's not a small money to have if You Pay only 40 euro for Rental!

Kayak and Budget had poor communications regarding
Cons: Even though I booked the car fairly close to the rental date there should have been enough communication between Kayak and Budget to prepare a car for me. Once we arrived Budget said that they didn't have a car for us. It was very nice for them to eventually upgrade our car (to one that they actually had on hand) but it made the process of picking up the car take over an hour and 15 minutes!!! there were literally people standing behind us for a hour waiting for their turn in line. How is it that Kayak said there would be a car for us but yet Budget had no idea about our rental and thus had nothing ready for us?

Excellent Care, Horrible Customer Service!
Cons: my father and I rented a car here to drive to central Czech Republic. The person who helped us rent the car was extremely kind, but we have just returned the car and have been treated horribly by the desk associate. His name is Michel' (mikel) Michael? I have attached a photo.
In addition to being extremely rude, and snapping at us as well as arguing with me about where to return the car, my elderly fathers bag broke and he (Michael) sat at the desk while i crawled on my hands and knees on the floor trying to gather our belongings.
As you can see there was no one else in line and he simply played on his phone.
I have travels extensively and used budget rental in the past and Have never been treated so poorly. I will be contacting Petr Novotny (the manager) immediately as well as corporate offices.
This employee should be let go, or reprimanded immediately for the sake of reputation of budget and well as the Czech people, who have been nothing it kind and helpful until this point.

Pros: Everythimg was good. Drop off was very friendly and welcoming. Pick up person rude, other aspects was very satisfying

Good service, dropoff at airport could be bit more
Cons: Dropoff of at airport could be more clearly marked, IE 500m before a big sign, that indicates it is within the first car park hall.
