Pros:
The car was filthy inside and out. Obvious no protocol for Covid i’ve never seen such a filthy car that even smelled of smoke. The car had mechanical problem. the transmission jumped and car stalled every time you would come to a stop. it’s was scary to even drive.Cons:

Inside windows were filthy, and so were the gauges and radio, when the sun was out you couldn’t see the road. Had to use my handkerchief to wipe window and then had to throw it away it was sickening10.0 Wonderful

The staff was nice but didnt explain much. I felt rushed. Like they want to just be done with me and out of there way.Cons:
Slowed down and explain all the extras (and cost) that are available like the insurance and they toll plate so I don't need to use mine. Slow down when reviewing the car to make sure nothing is missed (scratches or leave of dirt in the car)Car rental locations in or near West Dundee
