was close to everything that you want to see and staff were very friendly and helpfull.

The location is ideal, in the centre yet not noisy. The room was great, new, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, although their knowledge of english was limited (that's common in all Thailand). Breakfast was good, internet connection was fast and reliable, unlike other hotels we visited in Thailand.

If you will come to Chiang Mai for the Thai New Year in April - book the street view room, and you will get the best view in the city for a festival atractions and a total madness ;-) In the rest - hotel have a nice, clean, stylish rooms. Fast internet. Good breakfast but not a royal )
McDonalds is on the first floor of the building. Small parking, if you travel by a rented car. Reserve a 15 minutes to get out of the parking.

It was very simple basically a bed and a chair. Nothing extra. The breakfest was exactly the same every morning, no change in food options.
