Pros. Very clean, comfortable and convenient
Pros. Everything and I did not have to wait long for an elevator of which there were several. The plus with a smaller hotel. Great location too!
Cons. The Fitness center needs to have a better area to stretch. I would make the whole area larger and shrink the outdoor space.
Pros. It is actually a small hotel with 8 floors but it has very nice spacious rooms. Very modern and has everything you would need. The pool was great and very warm, which was great for socking after a long day. The lounge was a great place to have a drink. The breakfast area shared the same space but it was very well laid out. The staff was amazing and friendly.
Cons. The exercise are although well planed out there was no ware to stretch or do yoga without getting in the way of other patrons. And the pool could be deeper.
Pros. good location
Cons. mediocre cleanliness and staffs
Pros. Location is pretty great. That's about all the pluses.
Cons. The hotel has a very cold feel to it...not inviting at all. Doesnt really have a lobby, which is a huge nagative for me. The entire hotel is very strongly scented. It's not a bad scent, just overpowering. Staff wasn't rude, but wasn't very welcoming. I wouldn't stay here again - far too many other hotels to choose from in downtown Chicago.
Pros. Great location, comfortable beds, fridge in room. Service was good.
Cons. Not overly comfortable, very minimalistic, breakfast was mostly cured meats, cheeses, cereals, and fruits (no eggs, oatmeal, etc), room felt a bit cold and sterile for our style.
Pros. Great neighborhood. Felt safe walking around. Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Loads to do within walking distance.
Cons. The cabbies didn't seem to know where the hotel was. They tried to drop us at the Marriott which was a block away.
Pros. very friendly, super clean, nice location
Cons. $50 a night parking
Pros. Me & my friend had the pleasure of staying at your hotel for a long weekend getaway. From check in to check out your staff & facilities were very pleasant & accommodating. I just want to point out that the bar staff, Brian & Izzy went above & beyond to make us feel welcome! Once again, a big thank you to the AC Marriott for doing a great job!
Pros. The staff was excellent and very kind . . .rooms were clean and comfortable.
Cons. no breakfast, no coffee
