Pros (+) Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Cons (-) Hotel smell is a little weird. Hotel maintenance seemed to lack a bit. Water leak markings on ceilings throughout hotel and bedroom. Seemed like it could be fixed.

Pros (+) Love the breakfast, love the staff, rooms are nice, love the decor, the fireplace, and can't beat Flagstaff. It's nice to have a hotel that "feels" like Flagstaff and not your "typical" boring decor.
Cons (-) Would be nice if the rooms were a bit larger, and when we stay more than 1 night, we put our clothes in drawers. The rooms are not big enough for even 2 peoples suitcases, and things without the room getting cluttered and things get in the way. As well, there are few places available to put things. One thing we've always had a problem with there has to do with the TV. Because it's mounted close to...

Pros (+) We were visiting NAU with a grandma and 3 teens ... we had 3 rooms on the ground floor all in a row per the request on our reservation!

Pros (+) Sleep was quiet. Other guests were not vagabonds
Cons (-) Way too expensive but ok for finding somewhere at the end of the day. Ran out of coffee at breakfast. Put in decaf instead hoping no one would notice. No big deal except for the cost. Don't give a two or three star stay at a five star price
