We have stayed here many times. The hotel is quiet. You cannot hear neither the train nor traffic loudly as you can at other hotels along other places on Route 66 in Flagstaff. Our mattresses needed to be turned which is why I only rated this stay as good instead of excellent. The sides next to the night stand were worn down. We just slept in the center of the bed on each of the beds and were fine...

Cons (-) Cleaner bathrooms, there was hair all over the towels, the floor and shower. The bathroom door was filthy. It was not worth the price I paid.

Pros (+) The staffs members was very friendly and helpful. The room was niceand clean. Hotel is very close to NAU and historical area.
Cons (-) They did not provide bottles of water in the room. Other than that room was nice and clean. I have nothing negative when I stayed there.

Pros (+) I liked that I only spent one night there
Cons (-) The hotel and the room had a terrible smell. The pictures online look nice. In person it looks like a run down place. Parking is terrible and there’s no room in the breakfast area. It’s so crammed with people in a tiny space. One of the exterior doors that require a room key didn’t even latch; it just opened. I suppose the hotel got the job done but I paid double of what it was worth.

Cons (-) At a glance, room looked clean. As soon as I pulled the cover off the bed, I found hair in it, as well as on the pillows. It didn't stop there, hair on the bathroom floor and in the tub. Pros (+) Free breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds with new bedding. Updated and had both fridge and microwave along with iron, coffee maker, and hair dryer. Would stay again.
